Great selection of new and used stuff. The used stuff is priced very well. Every single person I've encountered that works here is super knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. Plus, if you are like me and have no idea what's going on and buy the wrong thing, they have a great return policy.

Just like any other GameStop but their management is great. Very helpful. I went to trade in my Xbox One and PS4 and the manager recommended I come back the next day so I could get extra money with a promotion that wasn’t available at the time I walked in. That’s putting the customer before profits. Well done!

Called every GameStop in a 30 mile radius looking for a game and no store had it in stock. The manager at this store took my information and actually called me when they got a copy. Have never experienced this kind of service from a GameStop. Will be my go to location from now on.

I ordered a game for my Grandson’s birthday on GameStop.com. The game was supposed to drop in 11/22. No updates on shipping were happening. Emailed customer service 11.28 no response. On 11.30 I called the store. Ash was AMAZING. She said she would go through her shipment received that day and call if they had it. She called back, put it on hold for me and was SO PLEASANT. Of course the game I ordered online arrived at my house in 12.1 and I got a response from customer service also today. I called to cancel my hold and the gal was just so nice. PLEASE go into that store and give them your business. They are showing up for their customers and going above and beyond to make them happy.

We came to let my 12yr old use his birthday money to purchase a used Xbox One controller. The employee that helped him made his year!!! (And made his 17yr old big brother very envious). He found him an awesome controller that my kiddo loves. He couldn't stop smiling ear to ear. The employee made it a really special experience and made my kiddo feel special. Both employees who were working that day were so friendly and helpful. It's a great location with knowledgeable employees who love what they do. They made a kid feel awesome... It might not seem like a big deal but my kiddo is special needs and often struggles with his feeling. Thank you guys so very much.

I only had a phone conversation, but it was excellent. I could tell they were busy, noon on a Saturday the second week of December. But the person on the phone was so helpful and nice. I was looking for "retro games" and they didn't even carry them but told me exactly where I could find them and didn't try to rush me off the phone or anything. They still answered my other questions and calmly told me to have a nice day even though I could hear customers talking and another phone line ringing in the background. They totally get my recommendation!

Sam is the greatest, so helpfully and super nice and friendly always feels good stepping in this game stop!

Great store! Sometimes busy but the employees always do well in getting everybody taken care of.

The staff of this location are great, they're very helpful and very knowledgeable about most games. The only complaint I think I really have is that I wish there was more staff at the store so the lines weren't so long.

The staff at this location is always friendly and knowledgable. Sometimes you get guys at game stores that are all about business and making the sale, but the people here are always happy to have a conversation about whatever ia in your interest and they've kept me coming back for years.

Always prefer yo go to this one. Even if its a long trip away. They are way better than the other 9 ive been to. I only wish i could give more stars!

I believe the kids name is Cody. I may be wrong. I'll edit if I am. But that dude rocks. Totally cool and very helpful. Knows his Pokemon very well.. this dude should get a promotion. The whole staff here is very cool though and if Every gamestop ran like this one it would be great.

I have always gotten fantastic customer service here. When I bought a used 3ds and exchanged it for a new one, it was a breeze. Thanks guys for all your hard work and being honest.
