Thank you WENBO! After we decided to change the telephone company, we searched the Internet for a T Mobile store that could help us. Because we have poor language communication, we hope to get the best help. When we were looking for it, we occasionally found that a customer in this store said in the store comments that he had received good help from WENBO. That's how we got here. Yes, Wenbo is really great! He is professional, enthusiastic and patient. Because we had busy work and came here twice to find him, and he can help us finish everything smoothly. Perfect! Everything we have is arranged! Thanks for your help! Must praise one!

Wenbo is amazing!! We came into the store with continual problems in our monthly billing that he was able to resolve promptly — even calling the main center to confirm our issues would be fixed. He was very friendly, professional, and willing to help us even with minor issues regarding iPhone function! Additionally, we were very surprised that he remember our whole families names, as well as my husbands love of RVs (even though we hadn’t been to the store in months).

The store in general is very willing to help customers and the layout is nice and convenient. Wenbo in particular went beyond our expectations, so we are very grateful and will be coming back!

We had a very frustrating experience with T-mobile over the phone with a warranty issue, but Chris and Kyle at this shop were very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Their kindness and good humor helping with this issue and a couple other issues made all the difference.

A huge shoutout for the store manager Wenbo! He really takes a step up on customer service and makes sure every customer walk out the door with happiness! He treat all the customer with smiles and patiently answer of all my questions! This man deserves a raise!! :)

We transferred our service from att to t-mobile Cupertino , Wenbo was the guy helped us and it went super smooth. Saved a lot of money and don’t have to spend $10 per day when we travel to other countries ! Great service !

Wenbo is the mandarin and English speaker in this store who can help a lot of people like me to finish my transaction from Verizon and he’s very knowledgeable about phone and plans !

Cupertino area has big power outages on 3/14. My iPhone is almost out or power on 3/15. I went to this store around 5:30 pm to buy car charger adaptor to USB. Christian provides excellent service. He explains how it works and what model best for my iPhone and iPad. He also helps my iPhone setting to save power. He is professional and polite. Thanks, Christian!

Shout out to Alex at T-Mobile on Stevens Creek, Cupertino! I was far from home, having just purchased a car and had to wait for an unexpected tire repair. My phone was about dead and I needed GPS to find my way home, especially in the dark! In spite of the looming PG&E power outage, Alex assured me I could purchase a charger manually. I got there in the nick of time and he was ready with my charger in hand! Thank you for your outstanding customer service, Alex!!

Person that helped us buy a Pixel 7 was friendly and transparent with the process. You might have to wait in a queue if the store is busy but the buying process is straightforward.

Marcus from Cupertino went above and beyond to help us with our transfer of 4 lines from AT&T. He was very patient, took the time to explain the entire process to us in layman’s terms and transferred the data over to the new phones.
He had an extremely customer friendly approach that made us feel comfortable.
I hope our future dealings and relationships with T-Mobile are as good as this was.

After desperately searching through countless stores amidst the orange haze, I stopped by this T-Mobile. I was looking for a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and all prior stores did not have this product. Frankly, I was losing a lot of hope. As I walked in, I asked a T-Mobile assistant if they had the item, and they had two in stock. The best part? They didn't charge at all since they were sample adapters that they had extras for. I had never seen such elegant service amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This was truly one of the best stops I've made for a simple adapter that could've been bought at another store. More stores NEED service like this! Easily the best electronics department I've ever been to, by far. Stop by if you need any support, I'm sure they've got it all!

Wenbo!!!! Wenbo, works at T-Mobile. He is the only one who has ever made the transition from Sprint to T-Mobile easy. I never liked T-Mobile until my experience w/Wenbo.

Went into T-Mobile today to add another line to my account. The manager came out immediately to assist us, and then Travis Chan took over when his customer left. They both were very professional,and in no time we were hooked up,and had everything covered. Excellent service!!

You have to get there early or else expect to wait awhile.
