The customer service at this store was excellent! The employees were friendly and efficient. Starletta helped me select hubcaps for my car. Larry helped me so much by putting them on my car. I was so pleased. I will go back in the future!

The store manager Tuwanda dispatched an employee George to help me when my battery died and I was stranded in the heat on highway 74. George jump started my truck. Employees at AutoZone really care about their customers! I got new battery here and can give AutoZone in Fairburn on Senoia Rd highest recommendation.

I needed a battery for my key fob and had no idea how to change it myself, I went on YouTube and did some research, called and asked if they had it in stock and they did. Upon arriving I asked the cashier for the battery and she pointed to where they were located, while cashing out I asked if she knew if they carried the mini flathead screwdrivers to help me open the key and she told me what aisle to check for it, they did not have it, but there was a gentleman working in the next aisle and I asked if he knew if they carried it...He automatically jumped at the opportunity to help me and told me to wait...He went to the back and came back with his own personal tool in his hand and offered to change the battery for me which made me extremely HAPPY! I had no clue how I was going to do it myself. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Gary for such awesome customer service, you were so kind, and patient... I've worked in customer service for years and this is exactly how I teach my staff to treat customers..I left the store smiling and because of my experience today I will return to this store!

I was there for a battery replacement. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They even installed the new battery. I received good vibes from Autozone.

Had a bad battery that needed to be switched out. Unfortunately our terminal was corroded and needed to be replaced as well but Joe was fantastic in getting the job done!

I bought a new battery and a headlight recently. To my surprise, the gentlemen there installed them both, at no extra charge. It's a breath of fresh air to receive such great customer service!

Staff was nice and energtic as soon as they opened. prices was affordable, I just ended up stopping there because i needed brake pads. Im working here out of town and i got to say it was a blessing.
