AT&T Store

Leo and Katherine were both amazing. Two of the best team members I've ever had the please of working with. They were both kind, understanding, and most of all helpful. They turned me from a lifetime T-Mobile customer, to a happy AT&T customer. Both of them definitely deserve promotions. I can't thank them enough.

I was a Apprehensive’s customer but after speaking to both Leo and Amanda I am extremely happy and confident in my purchase. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and teach me how to navigate my new phone. I plan to see them for all my ATT needs. Top notch staff.

Ahsan is a truly valuable employee. My family came in three times and he was extremely patient through the entire process and all of our many questions. Two visits were close to closing time and at no point did he make us feel rushed, very appreciative of this level of customer service

I wanted to say I'm really grateful for Jorge. I had my phone stolen and was unrightfully directed to go to this store(which is corporate) by a private store(franchise). They reason they do that is because they don't make any money so they LIE to you that they can't help you find it.

Let me tell you, Jorge saw no issue with helping me out. Completely empathic and friendly. Even when I had to come back to get the serial number for my police report. It didn't feel like I was bothering him at all and that is rare in a commission bonus type field.

Long story short, I ended up getting my phone back which also had my credit cards and ID in the case. I couldn't've done it without Jorge's help.

Ms. Kat helped me with all my questions and concerns and was very attentive and kind during my customer service experience on store site.

I went into AT&T and Sales Consultant Raquel Robitschek assisted me. I can truly say this was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. She was so patient, kind, considerate, informative and went beyond her job responsibilities to help me. I had a situation that required quite a bit of time. Not once did she make me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. It was quite the opposite, she assisted me and guided me through all the process. When she could not solve one of the issues I had, she checked with her manager Erik. He responded with the same type of professionalism that she extended.
I live almost ten miles away and I will gladly drive the distance and pass other AT&T stores to go to this location. Thank you guys for the great service. It's kind of hard to get these days.

I was greeted by an associate when I walked in! The Service was great! The store was clean! I didn't have to wait long! I am a satisfied customer!

Manager Erick Lopez and Kat They took the time to check their inventory and found exactly what he needed to be able to see comfortable. The entire time driving home he said, "he loved his phone and the service skills these young adults exhibited. It was a pleasure to visit that store. Another associate had helped us prior to Katherine and he was also helpful in getting the phone we needed. Keep up great service the great service.
