I walked into the verizon store and was greeted by Michelle who was wonderful and energetic,did everything she could to achieve the goal I came in with...plus some. Not only was the business end a positive experience the personal conversation and interaction was off the hook.
If you're needing either/or please stop by and see this wonderful person...worth every minute....!!!

Worked with Chelsea tonight at the Coos Bay location and she was AMAZING! Had a lot to do and she stuck with it with excellent customer service! Super happy with how the transaction went! Mike and Dan who are the District and Store managers were also fabulous and made sure we were getting everything we need taken care of. Malio helped us as well and was also fantastic with helping chelsea getting all of our things in order. Great all around customer service and very satisfied!!

Michelle at the Victra Bandon location is absolutely amazing and we couldn’t thank her enough for always providing me and my family the best service anyone could ask for!
She’s one of the best and Verizon is lucky to have an employee that is so dedicated to her customers like she is!
