Had a horrible three days of trying to fix a brand new phone that had dropped connection to Verizon. I had been using the app and trying to resolve the issue, to no avail. Meredith at the Huntingdon store was very knowledgeable and fixed it in minutes! So thankful for her expertise and calm customer service! Thank you so much! 💙💙💙

Excellent Customer Service

We are from Michigan and traveled to TN to help our son. My phone quit so I had to get another one and needed help getting it activated. Jessica helped me and she was so nice. She didn't think she could get my messages and pictures from my old phone but she worked at it until she got them for me. She was very patient and willing to help. I would recommend this store to others.

Verizon in Huntingdon is very, very limited on which phones they have. Any of the ones that I wanted wasn't at the store. But the woman that help us get it done was very sweet and gave us good deals. She did her best with the limited supplies that she had and in the end I can out happy with the results. Thank you Audrey for everything you did today. You was the only one in the store today and you did a wonderful job.

Verizon employees in both Customer Service and Tech Support have been of tremendous help during these difficult times of hacking and/or just needing to have the comfort and security of using my phone and laptop for personal and business use. Feeling more secure and knowledgeable with their help and feedback.
