Jennah, Verizon Sales Rep. was excellent. She managed to help multiple customers by herself in a patient & professional manner. She explained all the offers & products clearly & I felt like I was offered the best & affordable options. Location is great! Highly recommend.

Went to upgrade my 5G internet since a sales rep came by and told me about a new product. Jason made it super easy to upgrade and get me the best deals.

Sergio was competent, polite and efficient. We were very happy with everything he did to make our purchases easy - and transferring our old devices to the new. It takes time, and he was busy but gave us great service.

Tony and Robert helped us multiple times to get our lines transferred from Sprint to Verizon and into new phones. They were more than willing to help whenever we came into the store. We appreciate all they did to make our experience a great one.

Conrad clark has been wonderful. Explained everything. He was very busy, and the only one working in the store. He kept his cool, but I'm sure he was quite stressed underneath. I know i would be. He is very polite, wonderful PR skills, thoughtful and complete.

All interactions are always pleasant. Even when the store is crowded and you might have to wait a while, I always feel like a valued customer at my turn. Great customer service.

Great customer service! Extremely helpful

I popped in there with a simple issue and was waiting with about 4 parties ahead of me. One of the parties ahead of me was complaining about having to wait (she'd been there 8 min). One of the employees went to each party individually and found out their issue and proceeded to take care of each one multi tasking like all get out. Meanwhile showing awesome customer service!! I'll go back here anytime!!!

This Victra Verizon store is Amazing and so easy!! I needed to transfer data on 4 new phones and purchase a 5th. Conrad, Manager Chanel and Sergio helped me in 2 trips. Got right in, no wait, received very good discounts on a phone and accessories I wasn’t expecting!! I have had unpleasant experiences at a few other Verizon corporate stores but didn’t want to tackle all this on my own. I was so happily surprised and will do all of my Verizon business at the store from now on!!!!!

I never liked the process of getting a new phone. But after being helped by Andres I have a whole new outlook on it. Thank you Andres for making my transition seamless and painless. Great job and I will be referring friends to come see you.

The gentleman here, Diego was amazing! He was so efficient, helpful and quick. He was a pleasure to work with! Glad we left the Brea store for YL!

Huge shout out to Dina at the East Lake Village Center Verizon in Yorba Linda, CA. She was awesome!! She made our Christmas this year with her polite, calm and endless customer service. She is SO knowledgeable and lovely! You have a real gem in her. Thanks again!

Steve, is awesome and very helpful. Switching phones is full of passwords,texts and emails to get everything set up. A lot of work and patience is required to get the new account set up properly. Steve is highly recommended!

Conrad did a Great job setting up 2 New Phones for me while juggling other customers at another station.

Eddie was professional and courteous. I'd like a screen protector now, BUT your store did not carry the Galaxy S21plus. Will you please call when it's in? I'll give a "yelp."

The staff here is great. Much better than other offices. Helpful and take the time to solve issues or even explain how to use my phone. YL store is the place to go.

Dina was awesome! She was very helpful when I picked up my new phone and transferred my old phone over to my new one. Verizon is lucky to have her!
