Very new store, built with high traffic shopping in mind. There are 4 gas islands, and a men and woman rest rooms. The staff is very helpful and professional. Easy in-out parking. Convenient location for commuting. Less than a mile from 287, 880 and 680 freeways.

Normally they are pretty reasonable. But earlier tonight I was getting money from the atm and it ripped my 20 dollars bill. They refused to exchange it or give me any person to contact about it. So now I have to waste my time by going to a bank and hoping they exchange the bill there. Otherwise I just lost 20 dollars because their machine was faulty

There is only one problem with this establishment and it plays the most important part in wanting a customer to come back. It’s clear that the older gentleman that works graveyard shift hates his job or simply doesn’t care about how to talk to treat customers. I’m assuming that he is friends with the owners and that’s why he still works here because no business would allow this type of behavior to be allowed at their establishment and loose customers because of. I know for fact I am not the only person feels this way because I’ve watched other customers walk out because of him. If the manager and owners care about the success of this business I would highly recommend for some kind of action be taken. Otherwise more culike myself will take their business to another 7-eleven that’s less then one block away.

Last night around 9:00 PM me and my son drove up to the gas pump as we regularly do, to fill up. But I was denied service by the man in a black 7/11 polo or t-shirt behind the counter and would not sell me gas. All because when I went to pay for my gas I was also buying my son a $3.59 candy and I was paying with a. $100.00 bill. To be fair to the clerk maybe he thought I was only trying to get change for the bill after purchasing the candy. Because she immediately divided my purchase saying they did not have any change. So at first I laughed it up and said, well don’t worry I am also going to buy $80 on pump #4. Now the total would have been over $80.00. I was positive he would sell me gas after seeing he would not have to give me “all of the money” in his register as change. But no, I was wrong he continue to argue he only had $30.00 to give people change for the entire night and could not take my money. I understand 7/11 and 76 gas stations make enough profit to now selecting their customers at the clerk level. And probably won’t be hurting for profitability loosing one customer. But I for one will no longer visit this place of business. I’ve been going to this location for over 15 years, my friends and family who live within a 2 mile range from here will also boycott this location. I know we won’t hurt their pockets, a big entity like 7/11 or 76 gas stations but is people like this clerk who I now believe judged me before I even approached him to pay. Maybe the way I was dressed or my color or maybe my sons long hair and swagger made the clerk think we could not have a $100.00 bill to actually pay. Truth be told to that rude clerk, I had $4,800.00, cash on me from a job I completed earlier last week. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted to pay with a credit card or had another way to pay. That is how I know it was not the $100.00 bill he didn’t want to take it was because who me and my son appear to be. And the think I was more upset about was the fact tat I was running on “Empty”. And I made it a point to stop at our “friendly” 7-11 & 76 gas station. Help us and boycott this location. That clerk should loose his job because I am sure we are not the only family he has denied business to. Who is he to judge us or anyone else?
