Price of items on sale are good. Pretty good selection of tall men's clothes. My husband wears a LT and I have purchased many shirts there. Pleased with all of them.

They are very attentive to their customers. Very cute clothes. My grandkids all ages love the clothes. Great for home decorating, bedroom all rooms really. Great deals.

There was a whole mix up with the Christmas trees on their website description and what was in store and it led to a whole mess of a situation.

However, the managers and staff (especially the two older gentlemen) were so very patient and ensured they went above and beyond to try and figure out what was going on. They really took their time to make sure I was getting the right tree. Ultimately, the mix up led to me not getting the tree I thought I was (through no fault of theirs, but the websites’) but I’m keeping the one I did take home instead because I want to support Kohls, and more so, I want to support their staff because of their professionalism and pride they take in customer service.

I worked in retail for very many years for a huge department store before, and not very many places have customer service like this anymore.

They deserve a raise!

Emily was AWESOME!!!!!! After processing my return transaction she went ABOVE and BEYOND to deliver a truly incredible client experience. I had some questions about a purchase made over five years ago. Although the store doesn't have access to pull a receipt that far back, she looked up and wrote down all the manufacturer warranty information for me. It's hard to find quality employees these days, and retail customer service can be a tough gig... EMILY is the type of super star that deserves to be recognized. She went out of her scope of work to make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!!

I was in the major hurry because my daughter had to be to the airport at 3:00 in the afternoon and I was doing last minute shopping for her and there was an employee name Anita that helped me scour the store for everything I needed!!!

Had Amazon returns today. After visiting the Amazon kiosk in store, I went to check out their workout gear. Super cute leggings on sale! Yay! Plus 20% extra off coupon on my Amazon return confirmation receipt. Very friendly cashier as well. I would say this was a WIN! WIN! WIN!
