Stopped in to quickly pick up some supplements and met Nate. I told him my selections and he got what I wanted. Nate asked me a couple of questions and offered some alternative suggestions directly related to my overall goals. A quick stop turned into a 20 minute conversation, which I didn’t mind at all. Nate was patient with my questions. I usually go to another GNC farther away but now I’ve found my home store. Nate represents the best in customer service. Thank you for your service to the US and the USMC.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful when I walk in. I don't feel pressured into buying something which is a downside to some GNC's. The staff there is very genuine and seems like they just want to help you find the specific products for your specific needs. 10/10 would recommend

Store posted say 10-7. Door has sign posted be back at 2:30. I arrived just before 2. Waited till 2:45 because it is a half hr drive to visit this store for me. They never unlocked the door for business. I even knocked.

This place is terrible. Every time I go to purchase anything the store is closed with a will return sign hung on the door. 4 days in a row I tried to go, all separate times of the day and all 4 times it was closed during the posted business hours. Absolute garbage GNC.

Went there today. Drove 22 minutes. Store hours posted on door. I was within the posted hours. Door locked. Waited 15 minutes in case the person was in the bathroom. Nobody ever showed after 20 minutes. No sign on door indicating away for emergency or lunch. Pretty bad. Won’t ever visit there again.

Guy behind the counter was rude and snarky. He basically made fun of my dieting choice (Keto) not sure if it was bc I'm a woman. But the second my husband stepped in and said something about us BOTH doing keto, the guy stopped. Very unprofessional. Will buy my supplements online from now on.

Door says they’re supposed to be open. Google hours say they’re supposed to be open. Drove 20 minutes here and all of the lights are off. By the looks of it, this is not something that is uncommon in reviews. 6/23/19

Showed up at 10 20 on a Saturday morning when they are supposed to be open at 10 and they were still closed. 12/1/18.
