Royal Farms

This is my go to place for gas , food etc.. I am always greeted with a smile and they are so nice. Also, their bathroom is always clean and that says a lot about a place! Robert, Ms Tina & Ms. Rita are the greatest!

I love my local Royal farms!!! I always leave with a smile, even when I've had a bad day. The staff is friendly, super helpful and consistent! Which are all great qualities. Sharon goes above and beyond everytime I walk in. Her positive personality and caring nature makes me feel like family.

This location is the best! From the management team to the frontline employees are all very professional and respectful. Manager Krystal always shows tremendous hospitality and always has an happy upbeat personality. I service plenty of Royal Farms throughout the state of MD and this by far has to be the BEST!!

I love coming to royal farms every weekend. The workers Deonna And Tina are always nice and very helpful. Never have to wait longer then 20 seconds to get my order done

Every time I go into Royal Farms the employees are super. They always have a smile & of course very helpful. The food there is terrific never had a bad issue I was so grateful Royal Farms came to deale area. Prices are like everywhere else. And I love I can get gas while getting my food and whatever else They’re the best 👍😊

I made a large order of chicken and accompanying sides about a week before I needed it. I walked in about 20 minutes before the agreed upon time and my order wasn’t started yet. The order sheet had been lost or misplaced. Everyone behind the counter got busy. In about 30 minutes they had 120 pieces of chicken, 30 portions of mashed potatoes, gravy, biscuits, and coleslaw ready to go. I was amazed. Everyone loved the ROFO chicken and sides.

The Rofo located in Churchton/Shady Side is great, it’s super clean, especially at night. The evening staff is awesome, they always have smiles on their faces, and go out of their way for whatever I may need while in there store.
Robert is the best…. Always Very professional!!! Helps me carry my food over to the register, he has helped me when the self checkout gets wonky. He needs a raise.

Royal Farms in Shady Side Maryland is definitely all about customer service! Today was my first time coming in after receiving a recommendation, and I was impressed. The lady behind the counter in the food ordering section was so helpful. The manager was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. This is a team who love what they do and show it. Their demeanor is excellent!

Rofo is my goto for a quick bite to eat when I don’t feel like cooking. The chicken is the freshest and always good. All the employees are super cool and very helpful - especially the guy named Robert!

Love going to my neighborhood royal farms. This location is always so nice and clean. I usually stop for coffee and breakfast before work. The ladies are always so friendly .

I purchased some chicken with my points today and I am not that familiar with how it all works and this wonderful young lady came over and walked me through the process to use some of my points. She was just really kind and helpful, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. But she knows who she is. Thank you!

She always is friendly, knows what I'm looking for and just makes my day. She is always there and I know I can count on her to make my visit a good one!

Excellent service. Loved speaking to Shari. She explained the importance of downloading the app to get free chicken boxes. Store is clean. It's my first stop when I drive to Columbia beach.
