Iowan customer here; this place literally has the best house blends, service, and management team of any vape shop in the eastern half of the US.
After moving away from east coast, they still outshine every other establishment I have frequented. ON TOP OF ALL THAT! The prices of their house blends is also second to none and just as high quality as name brand juices. The management team has always been polite, attentive and quick to respond. The service team in their Dunkirk store especially deserve a shoutout as even the experience of simply restocking on e-liquid became something to look forward to.
Bottom line, its tucked out of the way, small business that has always done right by myself and the other customers I have run into.

I've been a customer of this business for years and its only gotten better with age. I'm continually impressed and satisfied from the time I step in this store by the atmosphere and friendly demeanor of the staff, to the time I walk out with what I was looking for and not having to spend a fortune of time or money to get it. These stores run more efficiently than any other shop I've visited. Their "house" flavors are always top notch and affordable and a personal favorite. I've never had a bad experience in this store or any of their other locations and highly recommend checking them out. Keep up the good work!

Huge selection of juice and very helpful/knowledgeable staff. Idk why that other guy's complaining about the shop being cloudy lol it's a vape shop... I personally like being in a store where I feel free to vape while I look around. The house flavors are great too, I recommend Tropic Thunder or Cinnamilk.

REALLY? You complain about the vapor at a vape shop? That's like going to a baseball game and saying man there playing to much baseball here. Side note try there house juice is awsome and the price is right.
