The staff were very attentive. The store manager Tim was very skilled and helpful who not only helped me replace a rear window windshield wiper, but also helped me readjusted the front windshield wiper that was placed backwards by another store employee. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly, I highly recommend him and this store!

Wiper went bad and was in a bind. Come to find out, the wiper wasn't standard and the person behind the counter caught that and helped me get the correct one. Great attention to detail. Very helpful as well

I came in today with an issue with my truck. The managers Tim and Tony were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to find me the correct part when the previous store I went to couldn't. I am very happy with my experience! Definitely my go to auto store.

For the past few months I have been needing to go to this auto zone every week for some oil because of my car. Every time I go there is someone there to greet me and ask how I’m doing! They ask if I need any help and they make sure I have a great experience every time. I often ask for a code read on my engine and they give me 0 issues about it! It’s awesome! These men working at this place go above and beyond to make sure my car stays running!

As my daughter and I were driving into Chelsea a kind motorist informed us that our tail lights were out. So we quickly ran into AutoZone where Dustin went above and beyond to assist us. He was patient and problem solved while communicating clearly as he figured out the issue and corrected it. His assistance did not stop there, he also solved another issue we were having a the same time. He was truly a wonderful young man. I give him a 5 star rating in customer service and care. Thank you Dustin for all that you did on such a cold night near closing time, it truly meant the world to us.

V Lucas gave excellent customer service! First I called and he assisted me on the phone with pricing info, then when I came into the store he was so helpful and nice!! It's great to know that when you purchase a car battery and they can easily access your battery, they install the new one you bought!! That was so helpful for me and done quick!! Now, for any auto part needs I have, I will always choose AutoZone in Chelsea!! Good Customer Service will always bring me back!!

I'm always happy for the service they provide. The have good prices. They even tested my battery and let me know it was still good and just needed a charge.

I bought a new car battery which they offered to install. It was a cold, December day but V. Lucas was friendly and professional the entire time. They employees make sure they have their masks on properly when a customer is in the store. I highly recommend them and will continue to shop there.

Came in for a battery. It was very hot outside and they were extremely helpful. I've been many other stores where they look down on you or grumble when you ask them to install the new battery. This was not the case at all. He did a great job, was helpful and talkative. I will come back for sure.
