It's Christmas time and store Manager Sam Cook is in the holiday spirit!! My experience was so positive, kind and helpful.!! I have my new phone and the best deal and promotion allowed by Verizon. I am so grateful and can not recommend this location enough!

Tom and Sam were amazing and fixed my problem in 10 minutes that I spent 3 hours on the phone earlier trying to fix and was unsuccessful. They were both very knowledgeable and professional.

Best experience yet, and I have bought a lot of phones. Tom took care of everything, all the annoying tasks that come with a new phone. 5 star

Approximately two weeks ago received excellent service. My 14 Pro was “dead” and the initial assistant wasn’t sure how to address but his manager knew and brought my phone back to life. I was extremely grateful asi was from out of state!👏👏👏👏

I was at Verizon in Plymouth NH yesterday and needed some help with my phone, restoring contacts and info off of my older phone. I met Leah, she went above and beyond the scope of her job. I don't have enough superlatives to describe her performance. She is a hidden gem and a wealth of knowledge, very adept at her job, friendly and very patient. If I could get a crew half as good and just a fraction as dedicated, the sky would be the limit. Five Stars!!! Thank you for your help and keep up the excellent work!!

Stopped in yesterday to see what Verizon was offering for deals on a new phone. Upon entering the store, Leah greeted me and my whole experience with her was wonderful. She was not pushy, answered all questions very professionally, was very thorough in explaining everything to me. My experience was flawless from start to finish. Thank you Leah!!!!

Jeremy and Adam helped me purchase a new phone and port my phone number from another carrier. The process was more complicated than we expected, but they kept working at it and eventually figured out the issue. This location has an awesome team and I would recommend it to anyone!

Jake is awesome! He helped my grandparents and was so patient and kind. They didn’t get scammed or taken advantage of. He kindly set up their phone and explained their plan, did exactly what they wanted. I went in a few weeks later and upgraded my phone. Seamless process, great conversation, loved our experiences!

Stopped in today to get a replacement phone for my husband after his accidently went through the wash. Jordan and Tyler were super friendly and helpful. They set us up with a new phone that was just right for our budget. We were in and out in less than an hour and we really appreciated the quick and friendly service. Highly recommend this store!!

Being in retail for a thousand years, I understand the importance of customer service- I am totally taken aback and overwhelmed by the quality and diligence of the customer service found here by the manager- Adam. Not for any additional money or sale mind you-and being a long time customer with an absolutely doozy of a technical problem, he had the patience, skill and duty to hang on for 2 hours with me as the store swelled with new prospects- stating " that's what I'm here to do " making me feel guilty.
Above and beyond the call of duty, and wrestled through it for a week untill my issue wa ultimately resolved.

I went over to the Plymouth, NH store and was greeted by Jordan. We discussed the reason for my visit and he was able to correct the problem. His knowledge, determination (the phone wait time) and ability to get the job done is great. While waiting for aN online tech, I enjoyed our conversation as I asked other questions regarding my iPhone. Very nice person and an asset to the store.

They were extremely helpful with the handling of Verizon's trade in deal promotion for me and adding a new line to our plan. I would highly recommend this location and especially the professionalism of Tyler who was the Sales Consultant who took great care of me. 5 ⭐'s All the way

Met with Tyler to upgrade my phone to an IPhone12. He is Totally knowledgeable & made this whole process a Great Experience! He answered my Many questions with a smile. I would recommend you ask for him on your next Verizon visit to the Plymouth store.

I received superb service - friendly, patient, and extremely helpful - from Jordin. He took the time to research the problem I had, figured out what he needed to do, then took the time to do that too. While my phone was sitting doing what he was trying, he was able to help other people who came in with quicker issues. Jordin is an amazing team member! and should be commended! Any owner/manager should be proud to have him as an employee!

I went to the Verizon Store in Plymouth, NH with several problems I've had trouble getting help with. Adam jumped right in and fixed things immediately. Another gentleman also helped me with another problem. They were amazingly helpful and kind, (I am a techno dummy!) They provided amazing service I have found in no other Verizon Store. They certainly met and exceeded my expectations! Thanks Guys!!

On Thursday morning my phone died. I called the Verizon store and got a hold of Jordan. I explained my networking issue and he told me to come down. After spending about an hour or so troubleshooting and figuring out that my phone was toast, he connected me to the right people to get a new phone overnight. He's an assured me that he would be working on Friday and that he'd be able to program my phone before I left on a business trip. The guy was lights out, awesome!!! Coming from the IT sales world, I know how critical downtime can be and so did Jordan. He executed everything flawlessly. His boss was there at the time and was also a great guy. There was another associate that played with my kids which was pretty funny but very convenient.

In short, I received a best-in-class experience and Verizon should be careful because Jordan may get recruited! :)

Thank you Jordan crushing it! I was having doubts about Verizon but I know that I have a good support system at the Verizon store in Plymouth.
