I had an excellent experience with Tony as my sales associate. He was super friendly and helpful which made my buying experience a breeze! Tony's efficiency and exceptional service truly stood out. I'm impressed and will certainly return for any future furniture needs.

Super friendly staff, Mark was very helpful and easy to talk too. He answered all our questions with ease, he also gave us his number if we had any questions. Everything was a breeze!

After a nightmare experience with Bobs Furniture in Union, NJ we came to Ashley furniture and was greeted by the manager, Charles. Charles helped us locate our replacement furniture due to the fact we were returning everything to Bob’s Furniture because they were worthless

The sales rep, Tom, was beyond helpful and we were satisfied beyond our expectations

Mark at Ashley Furniture in Green Brook made the shopping experience easy and smooth. He introduced himself and directed us to the furniture style and type we were looking for. He found the exact piece we were looking for which I had seen online and made the purchase process seamless. Thank you Mark.

Tim the sales man was an fantastic sales rep, definitely knows what he’s doing and how to describe the products, but check out process I don’t recall her name might be “Erica” but she’s a rude person felt like she didn’t want to be there at work. If it wasn’t for Tim and the outstanding service he gave my wife and myself I would have gotten up and left.

Everything went smooth. We had all our questions answered and in 15 minutes we were checking out. This is my second purchase and I’m still really happy with everything.

My husband and I visited this location on a Saturday morning and our sales associate was Amanda. She was very personable, down to earth, and extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing our bedroom set that morning and very pleased with our overall experience at this location.

Tom was very nice and understood our needs. Furniture seems nice and durable. Tom gave us some good deals on the furniture and still managed to knock off $30 at the end. Will most likely return to this store for further furniture needs.

Update: had the furniture delivered today (6/19/23)and one of the delivery guys stole $200 from my wallet. They denied it down to the end. I called Ashley and spoke to a customer representative who someone from other department would call me to discuss. Waiting for that call.

Tony La did a great job for us. He was patient while shopping and then made sure we received everything before the Holidays.

Lyric was amazing!! I drove 48min from colts neck just to come and buy our bed from Lyric at this branch!
Her welcome smile and engaging non intrusive customer service and guidance with navigating the store was superb.

Morgan in Green Brook was Absolutely Fantastic, We came in with our hearts set on a particular couch & loveseat and then we saw another possibility. Very patiently she walked us through our options and we ended up buying an upgraded brand instead. The kid is good at what she does.

Morgan was fantastic at helping us select our new couch. Not only was she attentive, but considered our living situation and how big of a sectional we should look for. We also went with the protective plan after she explained all the benefits of it. Thanks again!

My experience buying living room furniture at the Green Brook, NJ location was perfection! My sales person was Lyric who was friendly, very knowledgeable about the inventory and a delight to do business with. I would definitely come back or recommend to a friend.

Lyric Wheeler was very helpful and nice. She made furniture shopping easy and explained everything to me. Front desk check out was fast and the woman who checked me out was nice and explained everything. I will be definitely coming back here for bedroom pieces for me and my husband.
