Great customer service from the Manager and staff!!! Crystal your team is doing a great job. I was present the day of the price change request. You'll handle it very professionally. It's funny how people think that they can take advantage of you'll because the items are donated. Yes the goods are donated by good hearted people. Yet, if it weren't for Goodwill and your staff all these items would be in a dumpster or lord knows where. You'll have bills to cover too. I'm writing my review to show my gratitude to your team .Keep up the great work. Our family will always continue to donate to Goodwill. We will always shop at your store for unique items and great deals!!

I frequent both good wills in brea and prefer this one due to the smaller store, lesser crowds, fast service, and what seems to be a more curated selection of goods. By that I mean it seems like they have fewer, but higher quality items, less junk, and more keepers. My favorite aspect is it being adjacent to stater Bros, I make a habit of stopping in for a quick minute on my way in the grocery store to see if I can find any treasures, I often do!

This is in response to comments made by someone else, I know the name but choose to not point a finger at someone who apparently does not understand. The reason for my reply is that GW was accused of getting rich from their sales.

I really doubt that anyone is getting rich. Yes, Goodwill gets their stock for free. But it still has to be sorted, displayed, inventoried and priced. all that costs money. Then there is the building it's self, rent on a building the size of most Good Will stores in likely in excess of 12K per month, ( that's just a guess) but I rented a 1000 SQ foot retail space until 2006 and mine was 6K per month back then. Then they have all the other expenses that any business has, phone, power, website, insurance, payroll, water, maintenance, cash registers, training, recruitment of employees, janitorial, etc. etc. Good Will is a non profit. But they don't get to operate for free.
Their prices reflect a compromise, what you pay for when you shop there is a combination of their operating costs with a PROFIT that is used toward charity. They have to be accountable for every $ that goes through their hands. Their financial statements are public.

I disagree with you strongly that " someone is getting rich". I believe them to be exactly what they appear to be. A non profit business that resells peoples old stuff in order to provide charity to those in need. Please consider the facts before you slander this type of organization. The harm that you can do is great.

I found the cutest hello kitty purse. The employees are super nice and easy to talk to.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I visit this location at least once a week. My two young daughters are the reason we so often. They love rummaging through the toys to see what treasures they can find

I’ve been here twice and both times I walked out with more high quality clothing than I have at every other goodwill i’ve been to combined!

This is one of the best GW stores I've been to! The very best for clothing and treasures.
They say the one in Brea is good too!

this is my favorite store! The best choice of shoes and much more. Everything is organized and clean.
