I’ve had very good service from this location. All of the pharmacy techs are top notch and I especially appreciate Heidi. The pharmacist go out of their way to explain your medication‘s dosing, etc. Five stars.

This is my favorite CVS in the area, staff is always friendly, helpful and polite including the pharmacy.

The store is clean, organized and spacious with lots of inventory of products.

Plenty of parking here in the parking lot. Highly recommend!

This particular CVS Bird Road and 152 Ave. is great. The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful and very polite. Which unfortunately you will not see this in Miami, without offen anyone.

The Pharmacy staff was very nice and quick. The helped with my kids prescriptions fast andre without too much fusing, help me and got out ready in the 10min they told me to wait. Am not a big fan of CVS, top be honest don't like them at all, they are usually rude and cranky, not sure if it's because they are overwork, not paid enough or what, but I've had very bad experiences at a few of them. Even when they've been ok, it hadn't been nice, just a "take care"of my prescriptions, come back later for them and walk out. But today I must said the experience was very different. They took their time helping me, were nice even when they couldn't find my son in their system and asked me to walk in and then made sure to take care of it fast and, well, nicely. I know ice said nice a few times, but honestly this had not been my experience with CVS for quite a few years now. I do most of my Pharmacy purchases at Walgreen, but a couple of years ago the kids Insurance stopped working with Walgreens and I've been having to use CVS for them. I'll be using this store from now on!

This is by far the best CVS in all of Kendall and South Dade. Would not change it for anything else.

Customer Service is the best.

The cashier Rene is amazing. He helped me with all my coupons and saved me lots of money. He was very patient and informative. GREAT customer service he deserves to be recognized! Thank you Rene 👍🏻

Las muchachas de la farmacia me resolvieron con rapidez un medicamento con receta q estaba en falta en mi farmacia Navarro , muy atentas y eficientes .
