I placed an order online for a cheese tray and sandwich tray. Went to pick it up on a Sunday morning and the employee never received the order. Made a comment that there have been problems with online orders in the past. Whatever the issue is, it needs to be fixed. On the plus side, I met a very helpful, compassionate employee, Vivian, that was working behind the counter and stepped up and made the trays for me in an hour. She was extremely empathetic and helpful. Thank you so much Vivian. 5 stars to Vivian, 1 star to the online ordering system.

Good grocery store to go to, Have a lot of items that people will need for daily life also has a pharmacy. It is a great store!

This store has the best customer service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Ernie and Ms. Shirley always go above and beyond. We will continue to shop here because of the customer service

Told me to call “ Corporate “.

Whoever Corporate is.. we all need to tell them sales should be the same for us all.

What are they doing, clocking our bank accounts with their Safeway app?? How do they decide who to charge more?

Now that’s a great question for Mr. Corporate. With her nasty self.

Go down the street to Aldi or Giant, at least you know all sale apps apply to all customers.

Fast checkouts and plenty of options

Fruits and vegetables are always fresh and beautifully displayed!

I love it! So clean, so fresh and every product is amazing. Great for a lunch also! The bakery is beautiful and they have delicious stuff. The shelves always full .

I needed a set of boutonnieres and corsages for prom this year, and Maria Hourihan from the floral department was extremely helpful in this process! I have never purchased either item before, so she guided me through the process and gave great suggestions for what colors and styles I should go with based on the outfits. She handmade the items and they were ready right on time for when I needed them! They looked beautiful and I couldn't be happier with how they came out. Thank you for your kindness and wonderful service, Ms. Maria!

This store is usually more well stocked than the Giant down the road. Also, I have never had an issue quickly checking out. The self checkout is staffed, and the lines weren't long. I've only been about 8ish visits, but I've started driving the extra 2 minutes.

Safeway at Ellicott City, Maryland on Rt 40 near Centennial Lane has one of the best florists. Maria made a corset for my daughter's prom. It is so beautiful. Maria Reyes makes beautiful flower arrangements. I highly recommend that you go to that florist for your flower needs.

The Safeway store is well stocked. Self checkout has multiple location and was easy and fast. Lots of parking.
Great sale on sandwich meats and cheeses.

The menu was out of scope at Moon Shadow, the ambiance was perfect, it offered indoor and outdoor seating, and our server was genuinely happy, and so willing to help get our food perfect!

Valentine’s Day flowers are special in our home. In the floral department, manager Reyes made my experience very enjoyable with her enthusiasm and tasteful arrangement she provided. Definitely following up with her for future floral holidays.

I have always enjoyed stopping in to a Safeway store because of how they're designed. It's very logical. This one is no different. They have a great selection here and the staff is very friendly. Whoever does their announcements in store is very clever and entertaining. Prices are comparable to most grocery stores in the area. I'd venture to say they're a little on the high side, but I'm not one to quarrel over a few bucks. I will likely return in the future many times.

We shop here all the time. Prices are sometimes a little higher, but much of that can be reduced if you sign up for the frequent buyers program, the costs go down considerably, and you get cost savings on gasoline. The staff is friendly and helpful.

less organics than a year ago but I am sure that suits some people just fine. I almost always find something in meats or frozen on sale. The self check out is usually a breeze

Been coming to this place all my life and man this place has all you need for food they have a deli and plus a great Starbucks inside. This place is great and I'm glad it's been so close for all these years. Checkout is a breeze so even coming on for small trips is easy and quick
