I had a very pleasant experience at Victra Verizon today. My assistant was Ricky T who was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient . He did a great job showing me different options. I left the store with the perfect phone for me. Thanks, Ricky!

I can't speak highly enough of Kenny at the Verizon Victra store in Ellicott City, MD! He reprogrammed my phone after having some repair work, moved all of my data, answered all of my questions, and got me back up and running again.:) He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time working with me. I was greeted at the door and was immediately escorted to a work station as was the person entering behind me. Staff was friendly and professional; the process of returning my equipment was effortless- completed in about 7 minutes! Wonderful experience!

Our sales rep, Reena, worked very efficiently, knew the product line and options, and gave us good answers to questions. She handled the transfer from the old phone to the new one smoothly. We did not feel rushed but we appreciated the speed of the whole session since we had plans for lunch that day!

My experience at this location was amazing. Cairo did a fantastic job telling me everything about the phone plan as well as my Internet service. He spent the time giving me advice on if I want a specific accessory or specific service. I would happily go back to this location for any further assistance.

I love coming to the Verizon store on route 40 the address is 9330 National Pike. I love the great service I always get. After several bad experiences online, I came into the store and Kenny,Taki and Aubyn did a great job taking care of my problem. It's a great feeling knowing you are in good hands with them.

The staff at the Verizon store were very helpful especially Tommy my salesperson. He help me upgrade my phone and he made the switching process seamless, I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchases.

The Assistant Manager at this location was PERFECTION! That might be too big of a compliment but Dymin was by far the most knowledgable and respectful associate I’ve come into to contact with in a very long time!

There were quite a few mixups with my iPhone 15 Pro Max online order but Reena and Isaiah were so helpful with getting it figured out. The store was very busy and customers (me included) were giving the 2 staff members a hard time but they remained professional and got the job done!
