Superior customer service, patiently answered every question I had, fast shipping, and the opportunity to try scoot boots before I committed to them was convenient and gave me so much security. Of course my horse and I both love them and he practically begs me to put them on. He figured out right away that his feet felt better with them on, and our rides are so much better! I can’t imagine not having scoot boots anymore. He has asymmetrical hooves and wears two different size boots.

My mare is transitioning from shoes to barefoot in front. She has been barefoot behind for several years. These boots are making the transition easier for her. She is an FEI level dressage horse. She has adjusted to wearing these boots faster than I thought--within a day. I highly recommend Scoot Boots.

Heather and TryScootBoots were very helpful in getting my PercheronThoroughbred Cross into the right size boot. It was not an easy task at my end but they stayed with me every step of the way until we got the perfect fit. He stepped into them and we took off on a trail ride in great comfort. He had no problem getting used to them.

Love TryScootBoots!! Have been using Scoot Boot that I purchased from Australia direct but I needed another pair for my horse so I called TryScootBoots because I needed the boots quickly. Well a person actually picked up the phone and we talked then I emailed pictures and low and behold I had my boots in just a few days!!!! Fit my horse perfect! I really like the idea of being able to try the boots fist and the exchange program! Great company and I will buy my boots from TryScootBoots from now on!

I recently started riding a gaited horse and initially bought him Easyboot Gloves - a boot I was familiar with that worked for my Arabian. Well, Easyboots were too rigid, had too much height and bulk for my gaited Missouri Fox Trotter. I did my research and found that Scoot Boots are minimalistic, light and flexible, but offered the protection I was looking for. I measured my horse, and ordered my demo boots. Did you know that you can ride in your Demo boots?! Easyboots don't allow that! I couldn't go wrong with trying Scoot Boots! I ordered three demo boots and found that I needed to order another size. No problem. They sent me out another pair of boots that were perfect. I then sent back the pairs that didn't work for me and received my credit back. I sent the boots back in used but clean condition. How cool to be able to ride in a pair of boots before you are committed to them?! What an excellent service. :) I would definitely recommend TryScootBoots to anyone that is looking for a lightweight flexible boot that offers protection. Especially to someone riding a gaited horse that is looking for a boot that does not interfere with his natural gait. Cheers all around. Next I'm going to try some of those cool colored straps! :)

Let me first say that this is absolutely a legitimate company! I had my concerns when I found them independently but I was directed to them as a fitter by Scoot Boots themselves.

I could not be more pleased with the customer service at TryScootBoots! I was expecting a blase to bad experience and I was completely wrong in that assumption. The staff was prompt in answering emails, and extremely helpful. We had quite a long dialogue to fit my difficult to fit mare. The videos they have on hand to aid in fitting were hugely helpful as well. I will certainly be using them again and I would highly recommend anyone thinking about Scoot Boots to do so as well.

Loved the ability to try them first before committing. The videos on how to size for fit, to put them on and how much time to wear them were great. The boots fit him very well and he was walking in them as if he were barefoot in no time. We kept them and are very satisfied.

Easy to work with.

My horse was having some hoof problems which necessitated a break from being shod. I first tried another brand of horse boots, which were obviously uncomfortable to him. They caused rub sores at the back of the pastern and he acted tender footed in them and lacked his normal enthusiasm to trot. Next, I did a Scoot Boot trial; I’ve used the Scoot Boots 5 times so far & have been VERY happy with them! My horse seems very comfortable with them & is back to trotting eagerly. There has been no evident rubbing (and the gaiters have not been necessary). They have stayed on well, through mud, water & sticks/debris. They are easy to clean. Communication/customer service during the trial was prompt, friendly, helpful & competent. My only issues so far have been: 1-the front straps can be difficult to secure (but I will gladly deal with that) and 2-despite seeming to be a very good fit, one boot rotated sideways on the hoof, one time (the 1st time I used them). Overall, I am thrilled with the boots so far and would definitely recommend them.

I've ordered multiple pairs of boots and had various issues, requiring return or trade in. Now Im trying an enduro fit kit and provided extra photos and videos to be thorough, but Ive only received a short email reply providing a link that has the same information as the paperwork sent and the company did not address my questions in the email. Im excited about the product but the customer service is not helpful.
