I was helped very promptly and my representative could not have been better. Very satisfied with my purchase and the help of setting it up.

Tyler was incredible at helping me get a new phone! he made it super easy and explained everything in detail. he was able to answer all my questions and helped me get the best deal. I will for sure recommend him and this store to friends and family.

okay so yes, Michael Brooks get a 5 star rating! This young man got what i needed done in a matter of a few days compared to the rest of the reps claiming to get it done over months! He diligently worked on my problem until it was solved! He never complained or passed the problem on to someone else! Stopped by the At&t store in Hope, AR earlier. I was met by a very friendly associate named Keely. The whole time I was there she kept eye contact while we were talking, she was respectful and knowledgeable. She was really amazing. Thank you Keely for helping me understand the charges on my bill.

Very professional reps. All were very kind and Candace went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal. Strongly recommend this store. Very clean as well, and followed the mask and social distancing guidelines. Will definitely be going back.

I stopped by the AT&T store in Hope today. I was impressed by the patience Keely had with me. She took her time explaining features and bouncing from item to item.... because I never know what I want and I ask a million questions. I don’t normally leave reviews but this young lady likes what she does and you can tell. This is the kind of workforce any business should strive for.

I Have Been Working with Michael for the past few months and when I go to the store he is great he always get me fixed up and is always smiling and get the job done I recommend him to anyone I talk to that have a phone problem are is looking for new service he is the best I have come across when it comes to customer service and being a pure professional Thank You Michael

Now the service kept going, I got home and was having a little problem loading my HBOmax.
I called the store and asked for Keely
She got on phone and gladly helped me through it.
She gets a high 5 ***** from me.

This young lady knows about customer service and it's all about taking care of each one, one at a time.

I came in under destress due to being evacuated from Hurricane Ida and a bunch of other stuff. My old phone decided to die out in the middle of everything. Keely patiently listened to me, helped me figure everything out, and I walked out with a new phone. I couldn't be happier. She is the best.
