Love this store for the best customer service and the variety of things to shop for. Doretha and Deb offer the best experience of customer service at all times, and I appreciate their kindness and professional contributions. I had the chance to also meet Jon and Sally today who are the Store and District Managers. Now I see what makes this store such a wonderful place to shop. I recommend 👍

I was looking for a bookcase and I had to travel to Douglasville to get what I needed. I bought 2 of them. The gentleman's at the Merchant store and the Douglasville store

Went to Big Lots in Georgia, customer service was excellent. Purchased various things for our home indoor and outdoor. Will go back to check on the outdoor furniture. There were other people admiring the patio furniture so I didn’t want them to feel rushed.

Had a wonderful experience here! I was shopping for a new mattress and found one that I really liked. We tried to get a coupon to work but it wasn't working for some reason z and Jamir and Sophia were so nice and let us use a paper coupon in the store. It saved us a lot! Thank you both for your upstanding customer service!

I got in on some of the 20% off deals. The outdoor lighting and small planters were included. Always something you need at a decent in there.

It was my first timeshopping at Big Lots here AND I JUST LOVED the outstanding customer service from Dorell, Nakia, and Mikashi!! All were very helpful with me deciding on which furniture pieces would fit best in my home. But, most importantly, they were patient with me.They located pieces that weren't available at their store from other stores for me!! And also helped me set an appointment with their local delivery guys who were swift, responsible, and VERY affordable!! I never had such amazing customer service like this where I felt so important and understood. These guys really made a positive impression on me that I will forever hold dear to my ❤😊 I love those people and thank you all SO MUCH for a wonderful experience! Will be shopping there again soon!

Love Big Lots, seen a huge difference in the last few weeks, neater, cleaner, organized, easily accessible merchandise and their employee Brenon was outstanding in helping with any questions we had about product, very friendly, professional, absolutely touched my heart when he (Brenon) went thay extra mile to help find the merchandise when I took my special needs child into shop for her birthday. Wish there was something we could do to recognize him and his compassion for his customers, my daughter suggested we send him a card or call his boss. I thought the card was probably the best route. We will be sending to the store soon. Definetly the kind of person you want to represent a FAMILY store such as BIG LOTS. God Bless

Shopped with a friend. Great name brands any and everything to furnish a home including clothes,linens, kitchen and bath. Original New Cookwear at an awesome price. Nice parking area, in a convienient location. Handicap assiable.

Good deals. Didn't have the dresser we wanted though. Supply chain issues.

I always like shopping in Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items to choose from and the staff is always helpful. The store in Douglasville is always clean and inviting.

This is a rambling kind of store. If you just take time and visit every aisle, you can find some interesting things to try. Decent prices.

Even though there were only a couple employees working I was able to receive very knowledgeable information when asked regarding patio furniture. Store was clean and organized.
