Pixel Perfect Video Games

We love this store! They always happen to have exactly what we're looking for. They have a great section of limited run games and their prices always seem reasonable. The staff is friendly and willing to help with all the questions we have.

Best games,nice staff and lots of options. Right when you go in there you see a giant shelf. With consoles from Nes to PS5. Go down further you see every game you can think of. You turn right you can see arcades and Skylander doodads. They hold the expensive games at the desk. I got a fat ps2 with no problems. Got to say one of the best experiences I've ever had. Five stars.

This place is amazing!!! You can sit and have a 2 hour conversation with these guys. They have so many different games and consoles. Walking in here is like being a kid walking into a candy store !!!

This is my go to used and new game store. They have great prices when you turn in your old games and even have 2 arcade machines in the store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was able to find a Sega video game that I could not find anywhere in Grand Rapids. Although I had to drive about a half an hour away, not only was I able to get the game that I wanted here but on top of that I also got to sell a couple of games and make a little bit of cash. The staff was very friendly.

Very impressive selection of games, something for every generation of player! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and with the vintage arcade machines and games to play it’s just a fun store to go to!

Had a great experience Nick the helper was very informative and his helper was great at explaining everything, very small but jampaked store! Easily a 10/10 in both customer service and game and there quality!

Awesome place to get a game and awesome staff!!! Kids love going there to play games!!! I would give 10 stars but I am limited to 5.

This place is amazing! I love coming here I’m constantly amazed with them when it comes to the customer service. They are all really nice people it’s the best place to get any retro games. If your looking to start a collection this is the best place because it’s owned by collectors! I really do love this place they’re just so amazing. There prices are also very fair. The only bad thing is there aren’t a ton of switch games but the ones that are there aren’t bad at all they are all decently priced just wish there were more switch games. Other than that I really do love this place!

I have been going to this store for nearly a year. I've probably spent thousands at this store. Here's my review.

Here's the positives.
* Selection. Very good variety of games. Nintendo, Sega, Sony, Xbox, they even have some Atari, 3DO, and Philips CDI. They might not have exactly what you're looking for, but you can find some very good titles.
* Friendly staff. I haven't had any problems with any of their employees.
* Trade-ins. Games, consoles, peripherals, and some video game merchandise can be exchanged for store credit or cash. You need an ID to make a store account, you get 2% back on purchases or 5% if you buy their $20/yr membership. Their stock changes frequently from trade-ins.
* Repair service. They have a $2 disc buffing service you can buy. If a console or cartridge is giving you trouble, they can mediate a repair from a repairman they know. Or if you feel like doing something yourself they might have some parts to sell you.
* Imports. The store has a dedicated shelf for imported games. Famicom, Super Famicom, Japanese Gamecube, Japanese PlayStation 2, and a handful of PAL games. Not a lot of games from handhelds though.
* Price. Their prices are mostly fair with some games being above or below what you could find online.

Here's the negatives.
* Haggling. Good luck, I've only managed to get a discount a few times. It really depends on what you're trying to haggle for and their margin for it. I would say wait for a sale or try to help them clear their bargain bins.
* Store news. They do have an email list, but most of their posts are on Facebook. If you don't have an account then certain news like weekly drops won't come to you, you'll have to seek them yourself.
* Disk buffer. It's nice that they can repair discs in-house, but their disc buffer is LOUD! Shopping while its going can be distracting, but it's only usually running while they aren't busy.
* Price tags. No, not the prices ON the tags, the tags themselves. On smooth plastic they tear very easily and leave behind residue. If you want them to be pristine, be ready to work for it.

Great selection of retro games and consoles they have current gen games and consoles too if that's your thing. All the workers I've meet are really nice and helpful. They also take note of what you are buying and give heads up about products that are coming in. Couldn't recommend this store enough. Best ma and pop shop in West Michigan. Check them out.

How amazing to find such an incredible video game store in a small town. I only wish it had been open decades earlier while i was growing up in the town. I found games i have been looking for for many years and no one seemed to have them. Their prices were amazing and their reward system makes everything even better getting 5% cash back on your purchases. They have a mini arcade which is a ton of fun and the owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. Cant possibly give them enough stars!!!!!

One of the friendliness retro gaming stores around. 100 percent pricing is fair. Id recommend going there over any other retro gaming place especially since they have tons of rare games. Heck they even have gremlins for the wii system.

First off, friendliest staff I’ve ever met, I had an hour long conversation with one of their owners and it was amazing. They have a great stock of retro games that bring nostalgia back from my childhood. Prices are great. They won’t rip you off like big corporations(GameStop etc..) absolutely amazing experience and I look forward to going there multiple times a week(I don’t normally do reviews but these guys deserve it all the way)

Just came in today! This store has excellent customer service and a very friendly atmosphere! I'm so excited for a gaming store actually opening up in our small town! We just bought the Disney Infinity set today, and we will definitely be back!

Simply the best used video game store in West Michigan! If you haven't checked it out, you need to. Their inventory is amazing!

All the guys who work there are very nice and knowledgeable. Retro games all the way to the new gen games. Video games, Consoles, Game guides, Skylanders, Pokemon cards, collectables and their merchandise. Great atmosphere. A must go if you or someone you know likes video games!

This place deserves a five star review. The employees are nice and funny, it felt like I've known them for years but I haven't! the fix for my PS4 was faster then you can say potato skins. The deals were pretty good, all in all this place was pixel perfect
