Joseph and Tanya are amazing. They are extremely patient and helpful. We got two phones two watches, amazing customer service. Highly recommend avoiding the Lewisburg store and coming out to the rainelle store.

Associates are very friendly and help to the best of their ability, however if you are having any issues and need to do ANYTHING other than buy a device, associates won't be able to help you. Every time I go in store for an issue, they aren't able to resolve it there. They direct me to call T-mobile customer service.

Well first thing is, I think Rainelle, WV is about the only town around that doesn't have 5G for the phones or Internet service... I have a smart tv and I have to have internet, cable or satellite for it to work.. I can't have satellite where I live and cable is way to expensive for someone like me on a fixed income, so that leaves Internet that I cheaper though TMobile than it is through cable or satellite.... And 2nd and probably most important is that all I have is my cell phone, so it is my life line.... But the problem is that if I head any direction other than to Lewisburg or Charleston, I lose complete service... WHY? That should NOT be happening at all.... My phone will be paid for in two months, and when it is, I'm gone !!
