I was greeted by Carter the moment I walked in the store. What a helpful and friendly guy! He made my experience smooth and quick, it couldn’t have gone any better!

So my iPhone 11 Pro Max finally kamikaze’d itself and I decided it was time to upgrade. I looked online through Verizon’s website but had a terrible time just signing into my account without my device being operable. So I went to this Farmington Verizon store because they opened sooner than the store I usually go to and I was so glad I did! I thought upgrading would be stressful and unpleasant, but thanks to Carter, it was easy, fun and exciting! He helped me with EVERYTHING and was incredibly patient, considerate and thorough. He helped me trade in my broken paperweight of a phone for the newest iPhone 15 Pro Max which gave me a mega discount, he showed me the new technology between my old phone and upgraded phone, answered all my questions, explained all the billing, features and upgrades available, he let me try on cases to my hearts content, and then he blew my freaking mind with a liquid screen protector, yes a LIQUID screen protector which he even applied it for me! (I still think he’s a wizard and I witnessed some crazy witchcraft in that store) But if I could give this review 100 stars I would and it would be all thanks to Carter! Promote him to CEO with 50 weeks paid vacation immediately! And a company limo. Or a personal jet. Thank you so much Carter! This is now mine and my family’s go-to Verizon store!!

Colleen was very sweet. While I was waiting for my new phone to transfer info, she had amazing conversations with me and my parents. 100% recommend her.

This a well run store! Colleen was so helpful! I ended up adding home internet and it was half the price and twice the speed!

Stopped in with a technical issue on my iPhone 12, walked out with an iPhone 15 pro! Timothy was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of a great trade in deal and also adjusted some things on my current plan to lower my monthly costs. Very satisfied with the customer service! Highly recommend this location.

I usually don’t right reviews but I went to a few different stores in the area and they were absolutely no help, I came here and I was greeted with respect and my issues were resolved with no complaints.

I walked in to the Verizon store in Farmington, MN & Carter assisted me immediately. The screen on my phone blacked out & Carter first assessed my phone & then fixed the problem and offered suggestions on fixing other issues with my phone. Timothy, the other person working, offered suggestions to Carter & the two worked expeditiously & were quite perfessional.Thanks guys!😃

Jarrod came to the rescue and really helped me out when I couldn’t complete a transfer online for my phone number. The customer service at this Farmington Verizon store is outstanding and they have plenty of phones in stock!

If you are looking at trading up, starting a new line of service or transfer of your current line to Verizon, make sure to stop in at the Farmington location!

I visited last week to price out a plan as I am thinking about switching service providers. I was treated with respect and got all of my questions answered, the staff was very helpful

This location is top notch. My twin and I have been customers for years and been to many locations. After moving close to this one we sure lucked out.

Tim and his manager are always so friendly and helpful. They make a usually stressful situation, enjoyable. They’ve done everything from add lines for us and upgrades to troubleshooting broken phones and then some… This is the best one stop shop and everyone here is top notch.

We had to do an unexpected migration of my family's phones from AT&T to Verizon and Colleen was very helpful throughout the whole process, on the weekend no less!

I purchased a new iPhone here and was really impressed at the customer service that Colleen provided. I’ve had bad experiences before getting a new phone, but she was awesome! She walked me through the entire process of transferring over my old data, and helped completely setup the new one. Never rushed either! I’d recommend this store!
