The UPS Store

I had some packages to drop off over a couple days. They were all pre-packed, sealed and had labels already. I waited for a few minutes because I needed drop off receipts. This place can be busy because they need to help customers in many cases. Over all they do is great job.

I go in here often to return Amazon packages all the time. I just pull up the QR code on my phone and hand over my unpackaged item to return. The workers are always very friendly. I’ve had items notarized here also and again the service was courteous and quick. This location it right next to Kroger and convenient for me so I will continue to go here.

Recently dropped off two Amazon returns and the next morning discovered I had only one receipt and therefore only one item was being refunded. Upon calling the store Ashley Went above and beyond to locate the items I had dropped off, ensuring that both were correctly labeled and emailed me the missing receipt. Prompt, professional support as always. Great location and great team.

I come to this location all the time and am normally in and out. Since moving to Atl I've dealth with a lot of rude workers and bad service, especially at post offices. Refreshing to find this location with great service. Terry has been especially kind and helpful every time I have went in and went above and beyond to help when I did not have the correct shipping paperwork.

Just wanted to shout him out and shout out this location because most people will review their negative experiences more so than positive. I thought to give credit where it's due.

I always get the best service at the Dean Crossing location of the UPS store. They always greet me right away and then handle all of my requests in the most expedient and professional manner. I almost always have tracking on everything so I always leave with everything I came in for. Thanks for a job well done! Great customer service!!!

Terry is awesome each time I come in to ship anything or buy stamps. He's really quick and efficient but also personable! Great experience at this UPS location.

Terry is always so nice when I come in to send packages. His customer service and friendliness always makes everyone’s day. The employees here always work hard to be as quick as they can and apologize for waits even when it’s not their fault. This is the only UPS I go to.

Terry was fantastic. He’s been extremely professional ever since he started working at the store. I say this because I usually visit the store with boxes no quite ready to mail. That type of courtesy is not seen anywhere. Kudos to Terry.

I went into the store so someone could help me with a tape gun. Terry D., was a wonderful help. Very patient. He taught me one and then let me do it. Ask for him every time you go in. He is exceptional!!!!

This is the most efficient UPS store that I’ve ever been to. Each time I walk in this place, Terry greets me with a smile and makes the mailing process smooth. I have never experienced a long wait time here. Thank you Terry!

I used the UPS Store for my son's graduation banner. They provided outstanding customer service and a beautiful finished product. The best part of the experience is they took all the stress out of it. The process of ordering the sign was fast and easy. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and even showed me some examples. Before they printed the sign, they emailed it to me for edits and approval. During a peak business time for them, they were able to turn the product around in a few days. I have used them for many of my printing needs and they have always delivered outstanding and reliable service with a smile.

I've always had a pleasant experience when I go here for something. They are friendly and easy to work with. When I needed my daughter's graduation signs done quickly, they took my order and the pricing for two signs (1 two-sided and 1 one-sided sign) was better than the school's pricing for 1 one-sided sign...that made a difference. They always sent the proof in a timely manner so I could be sure that it was done correctly--this was very important to me. My two signs were beautifully done, nicely packaged and have endured thunderstorms, high winds and sun, yet they are still standing nicely and look just as they did on day 1. My son graduates next year and you can be sure that I will be going back to Chris and Kim to do the work for me. Thanks Guys! I appreciate the quality of the work you did for us!!!

Wow! What a difference over the UPS Store south of here by the Walmart on Collins Hill! We got told there twice that "No, they can't do it!" for a simple notarization and for the return of an AT&T unit. In the case of the notarization that was rejected with a sneer at the Collins Hill UPS Store, here in this store by Taylor Drive we were greeted with smile! And the notarization was done with no problems! The nice woman there even added to my wife's knowledge of notarization and the notary process as I was telling her about how it works. This was useful and educational! I've been to this store since and I always get good service here!

They do not mind that my wife and young son are Asians/Pacific Islanders at all! We all got problems about this, refusal of service (just like in the bad old days in the Deep South!), because of my wife's and son's nationality. What an education that was! Here at this UPS Store...Everything is in a great contrast! They are always very nice and professional here! And I've not had the problem here at all that I and we have encountered at the Collins Hill UPS Store.

I have been working with this UPS store for years as my business address, mail drop and business receiving site. I use the store and its excellent staff as an extension of my own company's administration dept. They do all our promotional mailings both the actual mailing as well as the prints. They do most of our print jobs. We are very satisfied with all the jobs they have ever done and we love the personal feeling and support of everyone at the store. We love doing business with Kim & Chris and the staff at this location

I had my daughter's graduation yard sign custom made at this UPS store. What a wonderful experience. I was looking for something out of the norm. Not only were they very helpful, they promptly sent a proof and gladly made the changes that I requested. The service was first class, the team amazing and the turn around time was quicker than what was expected. I would highly recommend taking all of your printing and shipping needs to the UPS Store located in the Kroger shopping center on Lawrenceville-Suwanee!

I was completely thrilled with the level of customer service that I received today. I ordered a senior HS graduation sign for my daughter and it was completed within hours. The overall look/design was exceptional. The price for the product I received was extremely reasonable to boot. I was quite surprised by that.I will definitely use their services again.
