Cuts Steakhouse

We had an 8 pm reservation, I called the restaurant to let them know we would be a few minutes late. After arriving and getting seated we met our waiter and got our menus. We placed our drink orders, but it took about 15-20 minutes before anyone came back for our orders. One of the managers were walking around and checked in on us and we explained, he took our appetizers and entree orders. In less than 5 minutes we got bread on the table and shortly after our appetizers came right out. All the food was amazing. My boyfriend's drink choice ran out so they let him pick something else free of charge.
Honestly no complaints at all just a little slow start but the night was great, it was a great first time experience.

Only off thing was valet unable to park our car, but then also not letting us park there... this is an issue with valet in many places now, not just here. However, they will often let us park with the promise we will still be tipping. Oh, well!

Beyond that, the restaurant was flawless. We were greeted immediately on entry and taken straight to the reserved area. The dining area was elegant and beautiful, very nice for our first glimpse inside.

The selected appetizers were flavorful, but have to say the fat back bacon was the hands down favorite among our group! (Although the goat cheese risotto fritters were not too far behind)

Ceasar Salad is just what it says it is. With nice greens, dressing, and a couple croutons it was a good in-between step to the entrée.

Of the entrée selections, nobody at our table chose the lamb... I'm not a fan myself so I apologize for not having a review to give.

The other three entrée choices were each plated and served with an amazing precision and presentation. Obviously, there is pride and professionalism in the staff and whomever is working the pass isn't letting anything slip by!

The two dessert selections were very good also. Creme Brule, classically done. The Georgia Cheesecake is a more open texture type cheesecake and the peach flavor was not very developed. The peach slices had been grilled, though not allowed to caramelize much or intensify the flavor. The caramel was present, but did not do much with the flavor either. Still, the cheesecake was very good and a nice end to the meal.

First time coming here, it was a great experience! Staff was amazing, food tastes amazing (especially their fried green tomatoes) I love the atmosphere here, we will definitely be coming back!

Such an exquisite dinner experience, start to finish. Hats off to Joshua and Sonny for top-notch wait service. Kudos to the Chef's who prepared the most delicious steak [bone-in ribeye + Tomahawk] and sides [root vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes]!!!
Anyone seeking a gorgeous venue with several lovely, semi-private sections, great wait service, fantastic food that requires no additional seasoning and fair prices/value for quality should make their way to Cuts Steakhouse, without hesitation.

Came here for the first time on my birthday and I loved my whole experience here. Even when we walked in, hostesses were accommodating and very sweet. They come out with bread and butter so be careful not to order too many appetizers like we did. The food in itself was seasoned perfectly (not too salty and not too bland) with the steaks being juicy and cooked with a nice red color. My favorite part of this whole experience had to be our server, Tiffany for sure. She recommended great items off the menu and also had a vibrant energy that my family enjoyed. Super sweet and assisted with all our requests. Will definitely come back again!

Went to Cuts for NYE dinner and it did not disappoint. The food and service was phenomenal and worth every penny. Definitely a great option for dinner with an amazing atmosphere.

Food was delicious. Definitely try the creme brulee!
They were able to accommodate our group basically last minute so it was greatly appreciated, our server was very attentive

Decided to finally check this place out and was not disappointed. A group of us sat at the bar and Corey was our bartender. Great guy and he made our evening so enjoyable.

We tried a variety of dishes...the crab cake appetizer which I highly recommend, the House Hickory Smoked Fat Back Bacon was amazing...basically a well seasoned and presented pork belly, the Broiled Octopus was tender and awesome. For our main dishes we all had the Cuts Steak Burger with fries...the burger was incredible and the fried smoked gouda cheese and bacon made it over the top! In my opinion, the fries, skip them. They are frozen, not handcut which was an unpleasant surprise given the high quality of everything else. We did have the pimento mac and cheese and that is definitely worth having!

I will definitely frequent Cuts. The staff is amazing and the food is well worth it!

So we tried this place for the first time, and live entertainment broke out. Johnathan the manager came out, met us and brought us wine to celebrate our anniversary. Place made us feel like celebrities. Ok now for the food... Wife had surf and turf which was delicious. I had the the 18oz ribeye. Cooked to absolute perfection!!! We will definitely return and put this one into our rotation.. A little further from home but worth it!!

We came to this place with the plan of having a great time with family and at the same time to have a really nice dinner and: Mission accomplished! We loved everything, the food, the ambiance, and the service was OUTSTANDING. From the waiters, the staff that helps the waiters, the sommelier, to the manager. A lot of people came to our table to ask if everything was OK, if we needed something, to recommend food and drinks, really really good service in this place. We had a great time!!! Hopefully we will be back once we visit Georgia again. Thank you!

What a beautiful place! Loved the ambience: modern, airy and stylish. Thoughtful layout that breaks up a large area into smaller more intimate zones while still keeping an open feel. Perfect spot for a nice date or a special occasion.
Attentive and knowledgeable staff. The sommelier gave us an excellent recommendation on wine pairing.
All our dishes were perfectly cooked. And in-house made desserts were absolutely delicious. I'll have to come back just for that peach cheesecake.

Loved it. The steak was soo good. We went for an office party and everything was near perfect. I have no complaints and not even nit picks. Steak was cooked to perfection.

We were very happy overall. The aged Tomahawk was just a little over cooked, but it was still really good. The baked potato was good and so was the pork belly appetizer. My wife loved the cauliflower and the house made sangria. They have a nice bourbon and wine selection. We also got a lobster tail, we had it fried and it was magnificent. To finish it off, for desert we chose the the chocolate mousse cake, but we got it to go because we were too full to eat it there. We would like to go back and try different things next time. The place is beautiful inside and the staff (Alex & Ricardo) were great. Alex knew the menu like the back of her hand and made very nice suggestions for us.

We were a party of 8 and had a reservation for 6:30 PM on a Saturday night.
It was a great experience from start to finish. We were sat right away. A very nice table in a beautiful part of the restaurant between a wall with two gas fireplaces and the bar. Service was top notch and very professional and typical of what you would experience at a very high end steakhouse.
Food was great. Everyone in our party loved their food. Our table ordered a mix steaks and seafood. All was prepared to order and tasted great.
The decor and atmosphere was great. This is a beautiful restaurant. .....AND there was a live jazz trio!!
Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

We visited for a date night and had a great time. The food was amazing and the ambience excellent for us to enjoy our time together. They had a live singer over the jazz playing which was a nice touch for the evening. The service was very good and they even did a great job handling one issue we had with a drink. Definitely recommended!

This restaurant has a very good atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We made a reservation, so we were seated immediately. We had two servers, Karen & Gabby, and they were very attentive, very nice and a great addition to a good dinner.

We had crab cakes and spinach dip for appetizers. The crab cakes were good (lump crab and not fillers) just wish the portion would have been a little bigger for $18. The spinach dip was good as well, would have preferred bread instead of the chips that were paired with it. I had the bone in rib-eye which was cooked perfectly. Hubby had braised short ribs which were very tender.

Almost forgot, there was live entertainment, not sure if it’s just the weekend but it was a nice touch. Overall, I would recommend this place. Very clean, friendly staff, great atmosphere, and good food. We will be back.

New to Gwinnett this location recently opened earlier this year. Decor is very nice. Have a small upstairs patio for cigar smoking and a very nice lounge areas separate from the main dining room. Ordered a salad with Salmon to go, was very good but skimpy for the price. Will dine in on next visit.

2nd visit…Much better. Corey is the best bartender!!!

Came the other day with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and the live music was an excellent accompaniment to the evening. Our server Lorenzo made some great suggestions and really made us feel special. We will definitely be returning

Beautiful atmosphere and vibe... love this being available on the outskirts of the busy Perimeter. Great service, staff was friendly. Food was good too. I might have missed any outdoor options once we were seated.. but would love to be able to dine outside. The fall weather would be an ideal time to try this out, dear management. I'll be back, but would come back sooner if that patio space opens up for dining.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would with no hesitation. Calvin, along with another gentleman were our waiters this past Friday night. What a FANTASTIC evening. The menu was explained in great detail, and the drinks were on point every single time. What an amazing dining experience. We honestly can’t wait to come back, but only if we get the dream team again. :)
