All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Taylor did a great job for us and even though switching phones is not a quick process she made the time fly by. Highly recommend

I was told to take a extra phone that was shipped to me and a TMobile rep.said they weren't going to do it for me and didn't have a printer so I could get a shipping label to return ..I'm a senior on a fixed income and can't be traveling because of my disability..
