Amber down here at the store was just beyond amazing and so helpful and kind! She did everything in her power to help me with what was going on and even though it was out of her control, she pointed me in the right direction which helped me so much! Thank you 🫶🏻

Brandi was so helpful with us. She explained everything she was doing, gave us the best deal possible because we were switching from at&t, showed us all of our options and went into depth with each plan was was super polite when helping.

We had three phones to upgrade. Eric was incredible to work with. He took the time to research what would land us the best deal. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable all the while making sure that customers that entered were greeted and made aware they’d be with the
shortly. I highly, highly recommend Eric and his team for all your wireless needs!!

Although I was pretty disgusted that I had to drive 12 miles into town to purchase a charging box for my new iPhone 13 because apparently they do not provide one when you purchase the phone now, Brandi was so helpful and understanding. She knew right away the circumstances, understood my frustration,and set me right up with what I needed. Walked out a happy customer!
