I would be giving them 1 star myself over my fur baby’s meds. After a 4 day run around until KAREN called me and she was the sweetest. She said your meds have been ready and apologized for the hassle the store had given me. Not only that, she found me a big discount for them and I wasn’t so much out of pocket. I know the name Karen gets a lot of bad memes 😉 But this Karen made my day and now my 16 yo baby is pain free with her meds. Thank you Karen for your great work and determination to help me. Your a gem ❤

I love this cvs , yes there is a wait time, yes they are short staffed. But that's everywhere. I know I'm going to butcher her name buuuut one of the pharmacy techs named (Haiken or Harken) was super sweet. She was very patient, nice & informative helping me with my kids medications. The line was super long & the drive through is not open so you have to go inside. Homegirl had huuuge line & that still did not phase her or make her attitude change. I really appreciate her patience. Keep up the hard work girl.

I was printing pictures and the manager Miguel C.was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to check on my pictures and helped me with the wires to the machine. He definitely deserves the manager position he has. I hope they hire more people like him 🙏

Jo, the young man working tonight was just amazing! He was so helpful and friendly. Ill be coming back from Burleson to be treated this kind. Thank you Jo!

I just got the new, bivalent COVID booster at the Altamesa and McCart location. I accidentally arrived an hr early but they welcomed and checked me in anyway. The pharmacy staff were friendly and professional not only with me but with other customers, as well. They even gave me a $5 coupon to encourage me to wait 15 min after to ensure no adverse reactions (and there have been none so far). Would’ve given 5 starts but no one answered the phone last night while the pharmacy was still listed as being open, and I hung up after being on hold 50 min (I did other things with the speaker turned on while waiting).

I have been going here for years and the new manager is great as well as all the sales people. Pharmacy is on point to.

I've always had a good experience when shopping here
