Alex was Amazing! Went here to find out why my phone bill was so high for just three lines. The guy at the Belden location added two lines a few months ago for a "promotional" family plan which he claimed would be a better deal. Came here and immediately and he says I got scammed. He was very nice and straightforward, told us how to contact the fraud department. Apparently, adding new lines is a very common scam at both the Belden and New Philadelphia locations (the salespeople get more money for each new line they sell) and I could tell this guy was getting fed up with how many people come in for him to fix this problem. I still feel stupid for getting scammed, but now I know to come here or just not buy more pointless lines.

It was the best service . I was getting ready to go to another provider until I went to the Minerva store.

Neo was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s unfortunate that the wait is so long for his help. However, when anything online goes wrong, as it typically does, he has always been able to fix it. If Verizon had more associates like Neo, the company might actually run efficiently.

Thelma was amazing! She patiently transferred all of my data to my new phone, set up my iPhone watch, and showed me some amazing new products, which I bought for Christmas presents! She is very knowledgeable concerning all products and was a lifesaver in getting my new phone up and running!

I needed to change from an Android to an iPhone. Neo seemed to have a good knowledge of how to take care of it. He was very helpful to me and to a couple other customers as my phones were copying over.

Zachary D @ the Minerva OH Verizon branch has to be one of the best employees! He helped us w/our upgrade this year. He helped troubleshoot our billing errors, always returned calls. That young man deserves a raise! If you ever have issues w/your devices that’s the branch to go to.

Thelma provided excellent customer service. Not only was she knowledgeable she was friendly as well and went above and beyond providing us with help for my daughter and I’s phones. That is something that you don’t see everyday anymore when it comes to customer care.

Morgan was an absolute rockstar. The only one working due to multiple call offs and she did an amazing job taking care of everyone! That girl deserves a raise for going above and beyond making sure everyone was being taken care of.

So happy that I decided to give this location a second chance! I am elated, to say the least, that Jocelyn is no longer the manager at this location and that Liza has taken over!! There is a much more professional & friendly atmosphere in this location now and is back to being my go-to store. Liza was amazing, as she always has been in the past, and helped answer all of our questions and subsided our concerns about our account. There were two other employees there during my visit who were also very friendly and helpful!! I will revert to recommending this location to all my friends and family who have Verizon, again. Thanks for making our experience a positive one Liza! Glad to have a store I can TRUST again!!!

Thelma was great and did all she could to help us get the best deal possible. I really appreciate all she did to help us.

Justin and Miranda (from the Carrollton store) have over the past year met with my 94 year old mom dozens of times to help her with pretty much everything you can think of. They have been patient, kind, funny, and of course, deeply knowledgeable.

I am visiting from Charlotte to help my mom purchase a new phone today and they greeted her by name when we walked in. I am actually tearing up writing this.

In a world where people say big companies don’t care, Justin and Miranda are living proof that’s not true.

Verizon has made my mom’s life a little bit better and a lot happier. Whatever you are doing to attract and retain people like them — keep doing it.

Came to upgrade one broken phone, upgraded four and got a tabHD. Excellent experience and discounts! Alana and Doug really hooked us up, transferred all of our stuff, got us cases, and did it pretty quick considering. Thank you for the excellent service and good time.

Fantastic!!! Never had a better experience with a Verizon store! All the employees were great, knowledgeable professional and helpful. I left with the appropriate items at an amazing price!!! Alana was amazing she took every concern in to consideration and made sure I got what I needed!! I can't say a more positive review about this store and the amazing staff.

I needed two phones and an Apple Watch, and needed to get in and out, quickly. Jenna made the experience very fast, efficient, and trouble-free. She was also very friendly and thorough! She’s definitely my new go-to.

Great store and staff is helpful. Jocelyn has been very helpful & knowledgeable about the products and services! She helped our family upgrade two of our phones and outfit them both with accessories. We will definitely be back to upgrade the rest of our phones!

Tyler turned our terrible Walmart experience around!

We went to Walmart to check out what deals they might have on their iPhones. The associate there activated a new iPhone and deactivated my old one without saying a word to me! He asked me for my Verizon account information and all of the sudden I’m buying a new iPhone, he told me he couldn’t reverse what he’d done, and that I would have to call Verizon to hopefully get my $700 trade-in credit.

We left there to the Minerva Verizon store and Tyler helped me apply my trade in to my new phone, he was very kind and so helpful! Forever appreciated!

Justin was very helpful. He really cares about his customers. We would appreciate Verizon if they could move him back to Carrollton. I think he would would make a good manager.
