I had a very pleasurable experience with Alexander. I came in to do an upgrade. I requested an approximate time for out the door and we fell within the range. When asked about his personal choice on items, he did a good job of explaining why. He was very patient with me and other clients. I had a chance to observe him as I waited for my phone transfer of data.
I would definitely recommend this location.

I brought my neighbor, who was released from a hospital and had difficulty walking, to your store for cell phone assistance. Your employee was willing to come to my car, parked in front of your store, to fix his phone. We really appreciate his willingness to take the extra steps. We'll done young man!

Showed up anxious because I wanted a new phone, but another store I visited last year told me I had to do the screen protector and data transfer on my own. Was afraid I would have the same response. But no, Ben was super helpful, putting on the screen and camera protectors, and getting the data transferred for me! I always have issues because of an old IPad that I gave to a family member, and it always ask for a code. Nobody knows it. That was probably 10 years ago. Anyway, super grateful that Ben did everything for me! Great customer service, showing me options for cases, phone colors, etc. I will come back again the next time I need anything! Thank you!

Dustin and Steven were absolutely wonderful. We spent a total of 3 hours in their store because of an issue that was unforeseen. These guys handled it professionally through and through! Some of the best people to converse with and have lighten the mood when it comes to any difficult situation. I would not have wanted anyone else to help me!!! I will be coming back and asking for one of them each and every time! Highly recommended :)

Clear explanations of options and charges, and Ben answered all of our questions thoroughly.

Steve was super helpful and found a store that had the phone I wanted that they didn’t have in stock and picked it up for me so I wouldn’t have to wait for an order.

Showed up on Monday morning 23 Jan. 2023 and was greeted by Steven. Steven provided the absolute best customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while.
If I owned my own business I’d try to steal Steven away and hire him.

Impressive friendly customer service from Alex W. at the South Lebanon store.
My wife and I wanted to trade-in our cell phones for new models. Alex was excellent in helping us choose the models and then setup the transfer of data from our old phones to the new models.

He was ready to answer any questions and in my case, this was the first cell phone in over 10 years, so it was a real education learning how the process works with transferring phone records and applications from an old phone to the new one.

Alex deserves 5 stars. / My wife and I are very happy with his customer service and the cost of the new plan. We highly recommend Alex W. at this store.

Alex was super knowledgeable about the products and services he was recommending. He was able to throughougly answer all of the many questions I threw his way. Exceptionally happy with the amount of detail he provided for each step of the process. Very quick and efficient visit, had me in and out within 20 minutes. My biggest fear was losing my number and having a significant time gap in coverage, which Alex made sure didn’t happen. I was back up and running like normal before I walked out of the store. Couldn’t be happier with my visit.

Gavin is a very friendly and pleasant person-we have never had a bad experience with him.

Alexander helped apply a glass protector to my mom's S23 with no bubbles or dust which was a little pricey, but will work better than the cheap ones and came with a modest warranty for replacement or phone repair.

Gavin was a delight to work with getting my new phone. I would give him an A+. Alex and Dustin were busy with customers also and were very good from what I over heard. Those 3 employees were wonderful!

This location is always helpful and not pushy to make a sales like other Verizon stores in my area. Very knowledgeable and items are usually in stock

Alex hands down has the best Customer Service I have ever encountered! The store was very nice & all employees friendly!
