I know just enough to get into trouble when it comes to PC building/updating. My self-built gaming rig was having some very weird graphic issues and crashing incidents.
Matt was the perfect guy for the job. He explained every part of the process and pricing. Answered every question I had (many) with multiple options and corresponding explanation. The quality of his work left me impressed and I would happily recommend his services to friends or family members.

My experience with Matt (Zuper Computers) was excellent from start to finish. From the phone consultation prior to the repair/upgrade, to the follow up to see how my system was running, Matt was fantastic and thorough. He made a point of explaining exactly what he was doing and I ended up learning a great deal as far as what components go into a PC. Zuper Computers in general, and owner Matt in particular are at the head of the class in customer service. I met him via the internet and ended up conducting some business with him. I found him to be a great listener. He heard my concerns, addressed them one by one. He was upfront with me about the possibility of the component not being fixable, but I felt confident he could do it. I went away not only with a repaired item but also very motivated to use him again. I recommend him to anyone!

I get a handful of hours weekly for gaming and music recording but my computer couldn't keep up anymore. It was clear that building was the way to go because of the specifics of upgrades I needed and the budget I was on. To stream audio sessions and gaming from retro consoles I/O was everything. To make matters more difficult I simply didn't have time to learn the specs and craft of PC building - Enter Zuper Computers. We had two virtual meetings to go over my preferences and options. Despite being a complete technological novice I never felt in over my head while discussing components with Matt. After a last minute change on my end, Zuper had a below budget option for me quoted and began to order parts. 3 weeks later I had a PC delivered and powered it up. That was 20 days ago. Since then I have launched my channel for live streaming music sessions and gaming and my community is already growing. Also Zuper Computers were responsive in offering advice for resolution of some user issues I had in the first few days. There must be so many others like me out there - I highly recommend Zuper Computers for your PC Build or next upgrade.

I had some repair work on my graphics card in my current set up done and the whole experience was absolutely flawless. The communication was outstanding, I knew what was going on every step of the process, he was upfront about everything going on, and I wasn't worried about my pc at all. He definitely shows his knowledge with computers which is comforting! Highly recommend Zuper Computers for any kind of pc upgrading/questions anyone has. One happy gamer here.

This was my first time buying a custom computer and I honestly had no clue where to start. I’m not that savvy with any of this. Matt not only helped me find the best products for my needs but also was willing to explain everything I was getting which made me feel at ease with this process.
