I left the case for my sunglasses at the house. I stopped by the store to see if I could purchase something that would hold me over for the duration of my trip. The gentleman behind the counter hooked me up with an extra Ray Ban case from behind the counter and wished me a Merry Christmas. It was an excellent start to my trip and I felt motivated to pay it forward while visiting NYC!

Jerry is an excellent sales person and his customer service is impeccable! So helpful in finding me the right perfume! He recommended several perfumes in my price range and helped me find similar scents to the one I wanted. Ultimately, I got the Chloe perfume I wanted. Great start to my trip out of Hobby! I should have read the reviews first. My first and last time buying from Duty Free at least at Hobby.

I stopped by and bought the Dylan Blue Versace Perfume as a gift. When I arrived home, I opened the packaging I noticed a dent on the bottle. On my return trip, I came to return the product. I was told because it was not sealed they could not return the product as per their policy and confirmation from Jerry. I asked well what's the policy when you buy the product under the assumption it's new and there is damage? They still said they could not accept the return. I asked well what about an exchange as I cannot present this as a gift. They said no because they would.not be able to sell the exchanges item. It's one thing to sell high end products and deter the the # of counterfeits, but it's another thing when you are selling damaged goods that you have to pay with your hard earned money.

I would stay away and buy from the bigger retailers. At least you will have peace of mind in their return/exchage process. Stay away!

Dear Houston Hobby Shoppers - Beware - I purchased a Nutella gift set made up of 7 little Nutella snack jars as a gift for my 5 and 7 year old niece and nephew. When they received their gift, they found each of the Nutella jars half empty, half-eaten and dirty. This is unacceptable and will not shop here again. I thought you should know.

Horrible service just called and the Rude and Nasty guy just hung the phone up on me. Will be filing a formal complaint on Sunday. Called 07 19 2022 @ 5:10 Est. Called several times No Answer
