Fast and efficient, great customer service. Juan went above and beyond explaining all our options and how things work (trust I ask a thousand questions and he answered all of them without hesitation, pretty impress 👌🏼). This is my go to ATT now.

Mike, Jo, & Nag were exceptional in helping me buy my new phone as well as getting me completely set up. Will absolutely come back to them in the future!

I went in the other day due to my new phone overheating and dying fairly quickly for being new. I am very pleased with the quick and reliable service that Daniel, one of the managers, had given me! Thank you!

From the moment I walked into this location I felt my needs would be taken care of. Mariah greeted me with sincerity as well as Gabe. They took care of issues that 611 could not. They were knowledgeable, had excellent customer care skills, and resolved my issues with my phone plan. Between 611 and the AT&T store at Glades Road and 411 I was going to move to a different carrier immediately. (We have been with you for 20 years). The Glades location ONLY cares about sales. NO customer service skills. They are horrible!!!! Thank you for this store personnel. They deserve recognition. The manager is super, Also!!

Emanuel was very helpful. He solved my iphone problem and was pleasant. Very professional.

My experience here was amazing. The associate D'angelo helped with all my problems and had an answer for all my questions. A well deserved 5 stars and highly recommend coming to this store.

Jason is an asset to this company. He helped myself and others in my new construction community to finally get internet service. This was outside of his job function but he kept at it and kept escalating until it was finally resolved. Instead of waiting 2 or more months to get connectivity, we got in about 1 month. Without Jason's help, no one could tell us exactly when we would have service. I did want to mention that Nima who works in this store is useless. He was the original point of contact and gave a fake contact email address and did not answer his phone or a text message about status. My suggestion is to never deal with Nima, and just deal with Jason for all your needs because he is competent and actually cares.

Easy in and out. The associate gave credit for all lines activation fees. Had to go to store to receive the credit but they did it right away. Better service than tmo stores.

Amazing customer service from Gabriel at the Coconut Creek/ Hillsboro ATT location! What I thought to be a major internet problem on my phone, turned out to be minor and Gabriel fixed it in minutes! He was also available to answer addition questions....kudos to Gabriel!!! He is fantastic!!

Customer service is excellent, Very knowledgeable team, guidance and recommendations where simple and straight forward, I have to thank Cloe Rosas, I can’t thank you enough for all your help and we are going to continue to be your loyal customers because of her and everyone there.

I’ve been to numerous att store but this one by far is the best service we’ve receive, nick and Gabriel was super professional answer all our questions and we was so convinced we sign up the same day thank you guys
