Great customer service experience. I think all the employees working at this target location on 03 March 2024 deserve a raise and or a promotions, so target, do your thing!

Really nice inside & helpful customer service agents & remodeling includes more self checkout. Drive up/pick up is efficient in am/afternoon. Great toys & cat food selections for cats :)

Kimberly in the Ulta section is absolutely amazing! She knows her stuff! Just got home and tried the products she recommended to cover my scar and a better full coverage foundation for my photoshoots. She’s very knowledgeable and patient! I wish I could have her in my pocket! Lol thanks again!!

Target Drive up is organized. It is even better with the expanded Drive Up packing and separate section from the store.

First time in this store. Was able to find the tee shirt that I was looking for

They've upgraded the store and it has a much better look. Not to mention Ulta beauty section. I love it again

We were buying a gift for my friends son and I love target. We were also visiting from NY. Since I was not from here I didn't know where anything was so glad that associates were so helpful and kind . They help me find everything I needed. I left with a smile.. 😊

Better quality products and prices are little high but worth buying. I still like TARGET then other stores .

JB that works the self-checkout registers was very professional and one of the nicest ladies I’ve met. She was walking around straightening everything up and greeting everyone she came across. God bless people like her.

My go-to for house wares, clothes and Skincare now that Ulta has teamed up with Target!

This store has courteous and professional staff. It is also neat, clean, and well stocked. The remodeled is amazing. Only caveat is they sometimes don’t have carts in the store on busy days and the Starbucks staff is slow. Overall, it’s my favorite location in the DMV.

Went shopping for some outfits to chill in...they had a lot of cute spring outfits..I got a cash of stuff...and I still have cash in my wallet....the sales lady was sooo helpful and kind....

I have been going to the Laurel, MD location since it opened. I love their customer service, specially at the pharmacy. How cleaned the store is. How fast you can do d what you need. If they don't have it at the shelf, they will always try to find it for you at the back of the stores.How fast you go through the self pay check out. I love it all! ❤

Shout out to the wonderful cashier Annette who had personality, incredibly timely, courteous, and thoughtful when handling my items. I've been to many targets in my time, and though the whole crew at this target specifically is very professional, I would like to say that Annette is doing an outstanding job.

This is saying something considering this Target is very chaotic and hectic in comparison to most Targets that I have been to. Though the waves are rocky, the staff here run a tight ship.

HASAN with the BDE was most helpful. He used his charm to sell me the Target Mockingbird single to double 450$ baby stroller and I don’t even have a baby. 10/10 Would recommend.

The entire shopping experience from my entrance to exit was stellar. Lloyd (both greeted me and assisted me with checking out my purchase), treated me as if I were golden. His genuine warmth and kindness were truly felt and appreciated. This beautiful interaction confirmed why I relocated back to MD.

Target is excelling on all cylinders! Great selection of items, can choose back up items, quality product at very reasonable prices. Plus, Curbside Pickup! As a disabled person, to be able to pull up & have groceries put in your car by caring, friendly staff is priceless. I came back to Target during the pandemic when I learned of their same day curbside offerings. I will continue to be a loyal Target customer. Their house brands are phenom.

Today, I went into Target to get my 9 month old some shoes. I found some and tried to check the price. The scanner said “Item not found” so I took it to a cashier. The cashier was incredibly helpful and basically explained that he had to manually enter a price since the shoes were no longer in the system. He gave me the shoes for a great price and said “we want to make sure our customers are happy. We take service seriously here.” I’m sure most people say that, but he actually lived it. I don’t even live in Laurel anymore but this is still my favorite Target.
