Very well mannered representative. Gave us time to explore but was available when needed. Carefully explained about how their mattresses were made... And what the difference was. Comparatively, the prices are very good! Their warranty is for 12 years. A national periodical gave this company the highest rating of mattresses and pricing. The representative gave us cover sheets to use as we tried each mattress. Much appreciated!

We recently received our new mattress and have enjoyed restful nights of sleep. Every step of our experience with OMF has been great - from trying each mattress on the show room floor at our own pace without pressure to a seamless delivery! Mike and Justin removed our old mattress carefully with proper wrapping and even wore shoe covers! They were a great team and we really appreciated the care they took in making the transition smooth and painless!

We got a queen size regency sapphire hybrid and box spring. The only thing you need to know is that the first night we had it, both my wife and I overslept for work.

Kevin was our sales representative and he was very patient and helpful. Every mattress had to cut away to show the inside parts of it and how it was made. We had looked at several mattresses at other stores, the quality and price was definitely best here at the Original Mattress Factory.

I went to TOMF to shop for a new mattress. I was immediately greeted by a knowledgeable sales associate who listened to my needs and wants. He showed me a few mattresses and told me about each one. He left me alone so I could test each. I was not rushed. I made my choice and paid for my mattress. Then, it was made for me. Two weeks later, the delivery men brought it in, hoisted it up the stairs and installed it for me. They wore protective booties over their shoes and were careful of my walls. My mattress is the best I've ever owned. Had Sterns & Foster made a mattress in the size and firmness I needed, I would have never learned how awesome TOMF mattresses were. My new mattress is built solidly, is comfortable and matches my needs perfectly. It is now at least three years old and it's still like it was the day it was installed. No dips, no dents. Firm and supportive. I am over the moon pleased with my TOMF mattress and if you read my reviews, you'll know I can be quite persnickety. It's a great mattress.

Bought a king size adjustable bed. They delivered it and set it all up and it is very comfortable.

I am so impressed with our entire experience at Original Mattress Factory. My mom purchased an electric bed a few weeks ago. We have had a whirlwind of events happen since purchasing the bed and have had to ask a few times to change the delivery date. They have accommodated every time, and with a pleasant attitude. My dad has been in the hospital for almost a month and we found out today that he is being discharged tomorrow. The bed coincidentally is being delivered tomorrow. He is coming home at 12 and is bedridden so we had to have the bed by 12. My mom called and basically begged for them to let her be first on their delivery list. They said they would have to call her back. They called later and told us they rearranged the schedule so we could be first on the list. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Original Mattress. You are a lifesaver.

Edit: The delivery drivers were rude. We spoke to one a few times, thanking him for coming and changing the route. He did not even acknowledge we spoke to him. The next one came in and we did the same. Again, did not acknowledge us. They went in and put the beds together. We tried to speak again and they had no bedside manner at all. Still five stars for our experience with Gregg at Hilliard. He was amazing.

We have been buying from here for years. It is a good quality mattress at a fair price. We got quick delivery of our mattress set with a two hour time frame. The sales staff were fantastic. No pressure and helpful of each other. We had an enjoyable time picking out our mattress.

Kevin Tracy made this experience a great pleasure by selling us exactly what we wanted. The only issue we had was we were told the extra pillow cases we bought were one size fits all, but they don't fit the longer pillows that we bought. We bought an adjustable frame, queen size mattress, two sets of sheets, 4 pillows and 4 pillow cases. People who live in Ohio should absolutely buy their mattress from our own hometown mattress factory. Why would you go anywhere else?

The moment we entered the showroom, we were treated respectfully and attentively. Greg was the salesperson who showed us the factory where the product is manufactured and he explained the products in great detail. We are very pleased with the entire experience, from the time we walked in through the time that the delivery men arrived. They arrived exactly when they indicated and were very professional in removing our old mattress to the set-up of our new one. I would recommend The Original Mattress Factory for your next mattress purchase.

We were very impressed with the sales team and how they were able to show you how the beds were made. We believed, and still believe, that what they make and sell is superior to what other places offered for a reasonable price. What a difference having a new bed makes on the quality of sleep, and how you body feels when you wake up in the morning.

All around amazing! We had been looking for reviews, sales and researching all of the "new" mattress terminologies flying around out there. I have learned that so called sales are not sales. The adjectives being used in the descriptions of mattress are a trick to make you feel you are getting something you need or it's better! We walked into the Original Mattress Factory with no intentions on buying that day. We wanted to test out a few mattresses to help us determine the style and firmness that would work for us as a couple. The sales associate didn't pressure us at all, and the prices were clearly marked. They also had open samples by each mattress to show you the actual materials used in your mattress and or box springs. Once we decided to buy, he took our information/payment, instructed us where to park and then a super friendly person came out with our order. We both are sleeping so much better. I'm so happy with my set. I ordered the Orthopedic firm. This place has wonderful customer services and a great warranty.

This store makes it so easy to get the mattress you want and the prices are amazing. It's very clear what you're getting, it's all their own brand so easy to compare features. I found the regular matress retailers overwhelming and out of our budget. We got in and purchased 2 mattresses in less than 20 minutes but I felt like the sales person would have spent an hour with us if we needed it. We've purchased here before and next time we need a mattress I just need to remember to go here first.

The sales staff are not pushy at all, and they teach you exactly why they have good mattresses. They have cut open other brands and explain each part of the mattress.

I like the feel of my mattress and they offered to add stiffeners around the outside edges where we would be sitting to get into bed.

Their delivery team are friendly and take care not to damage anything.

Friendly sales lady-no pressure! Had plenty of time to try out mattresses without feeling rushed. Happy to discover we could get a shorter box spring, so the mattress I wanted wouldn't be so far off the floor. New mattress/box spring delivered when they said it would be. We have bought several mattresses and box springs over the years at Original Mattress Factory and have never been disappointed.

Bruce Hall was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I found a mattress I liked but I wanted to shop around before making my decision. The Original Mattress Factory had the mattress my body needed at a great price so I called the store the next day and ordered my mattress. I'm sleeping so much better!

I was greeted at the door by Jared. He was very informative. He answered any questions that I had. He even took me a tour of the factory. I did not feel any pressure at all to buy. It is this kind of customer service that makes me want to go back again.
