Dyson Service Center

Wow - what great customer service! My mini Dyson wasn't picking anything up, so I drove it over to the service center. The repairman took a quick look and located a clogged valve. He took it inside the repair shop and had it back to me in about 5 minutes! The best part - he was able to look up the purchase info with the serial number, and found that it was still covered under warranty. Super convenient location right off I-270, exit 10.

You Can trust that you will be very well received at this place! I've never had a cordless vacuum and I didn't know that the filter has to be completely dry. A glasses attendant very attentively explained it to me and tested them with a dry one and saw that there was no problem. So I was very happy with the problem solved.

My Dyson vacuum had lost suction to the main body, but still had suction to the hose. I walked in, told them the problem, and was out of the building within 3 min with a fixed vacuum! Super friendly. Didn’t cost a thing!

Every time I stop in here for service, I get excellent help. The guys are so willing to help and so nice! They are always so patient and giving me tips on how to run my machines better. They are awesome!

Just needed a little repair on the dust canister on my cordless stick vacuum. I walked in, was greeted by a super friendly gentleman. He fixed my problem and I was on my way in minutes!

Took my Dyson in to find out why it wasn't picking anything up on the bottom. They came out and got it out of my car. Took it inside looked at it for about 3 minutes... removed a stick and it works like new. And no charge. Carried it back out to my car !!!

I was just days away from my warranty expiring on my Dyson. It had stopped picking up stuffs months ago. Wasn't sure what to do. And just never got around to finding the Warrenty. But I googled Dyson and this store popped up. So I took a chance and drove out. The guy was amazing! All my Dyson needed was new bolts because the old ones rusted out. The warrenty didn't cover it. He said they rusted from water damage. But it was a quick and easy fix he didn't charge me anything! I walked out so happy! I LOVE DYSON! And had fun trying out the new cordless sweepers they had on display! And the Hair dryer that is on my dream list! I will always go to this place to fix my Dyson when needed! Great customer service!

I just wanted to say how great it was to deal with Trent on the purchase and shipping of a replacement part. He had a customer in store and wanted to pay them the appropriate attention and asked if he could call me back. I was hesitant, thinking he might not call me back as I wasn’t from his service area (out of state and closer to a nearby service center), but he did. The entire transaction was easy and painless. Corporate Customer Service sent me here after they couldn’t find the root cause of my pulsating vacuum over the phone (all they could do was suggest ordering a new filter). Walked in to this center, told them the issue, they took it to the back room to work on it and replaced the entire internal computer component of my vacuum within 10 minutes or less! It was the BEST customer service /replacement / maintenance experience of my life! They didn’t even need to ship my vacuum out and have me come back in a weeks as I would have expected with such a big repair. No appointment needed. The guys at the Service Center are super friendly and answered any extra questions about cleaning my Dyson or comparing it to a newer model. They said next time, don’t even bother calling Customer Service, just bring it here and they’ll take care of it :) I will be recommending this place to everyone I know that owns Dyson products.

This service center gave me the best service for a repair I’d ever gotten. Drove up from Cincinnati not knowing if our $700 vacuum was broken beyond repair and Jackie fixed it quickly with a fantastic attitude. I think that just made our family Dyson customers for life!

Stopped in to look at a new stick vac after researching online and having difficulty figuring out which of our current attachments would work and which would not. We use the articulating hardwood tool with our V6 quite frequently which is no longer supported on the V7 and up models. A quick conversation later with the staff and problem solved! They had the adapter that makes older tools work on the latest and greatest vacuums! It is the 968235-01 Adapter Tool Cord Free that is not available on the website (have to call 800 number). That made my decision to upgrade to the V11 very easy. The store threw in the adapter for free with the purchase of the new vacuum which was over above and beyond any expectations I had. The amazing 4.9+ star Google reviews rating is accurate! They are that good! I have been there for service previously (walked in/out in 10 minutes with issue resolved) and now an outstanding sales experience as well. Don’t even bother buying online - the staff at the store is exceptional and will take great care of you. This Dyson store sets the bar high for amazing service!

Both guys are excellent. Who but Dyson has a local service center for small appliances? Our cordless vacuum needed a new battery. Wow! The have inventory. The vacuum works great on the new battery they installed.

Not such good luck with the hair dryer as they do not know when they can get a warranty replacement. It is completely dead.

Now about the products; I know LiH batteries die. They were surprised about how soon too. And the hair drier died under 14 months. Good thing the warranty is two years.

The customer in front of us simply needed a dog hair jam removed on her 14 year old corded vacuum. No problem, no charge.

Is the newer stuff not as good? Nevertheless, the service center and staff are fabulous.

I called to check and see how much it would cost to put a new motor in our Dyson. The manager asked us to turn it on again because maybe it just overheated and it took a while to cool down. My husband seriously doubted that there was any chance of it working since he had to try to work on it for a while 4 days ago but after plugging it in the motor fired right up . We were literally getting ready to take. it to the curb for trash pick up. Thank you so much for being so courteous professional and honest.

This was one of my best experiences ever. These guys were so helpful in looking at my vacuum fixed within a few minutes. But also answered all of our questions on new Dyson models as ours is now 5 years old. I can tell you this service center is everything you would expect from Dyson! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have owned several Dyson products and have never been dissatisfied. So, when my cordless animal vacuum started malfunctioning I wasn’t sure where to turn. Like most families we need to have a functioning vacuum.(we have 2 very hairy golden retrievers).
My husband suggested we try the dyson dealership on Roberts Road. I have to admit I was dreading the whole process. A Saturday spent getting the vacuum repaired...ugh! We were greeted very kindly by Trent. We explained the problems we were having with our existing vacuum and also asked for a comparison of the newer vacuum models. Trent, was very thorough. I not only new what I was buying, I felt confident he could fix the older animal vacuum.
I have spent a couple of days waiting to write this review to make sure everything was still superb with both vacuums. Well, look no further.. Dyson at Roberts Road is where you need to get your vacuum fixed and functioning. Thanks Trent for your exceptional service.
