Clean, no pallets or products blocking the aisles like other places in town. Ac works. Helpful associates. And I found the best bottled water I’ve had in my life here ALKA65. Please keep it coming, I buy a lot each week. Id buy it all, but that wouldn’t be fair to others.

So I go into our new location at 3605 Avenue F, Bay City, TX 77414 to shop. The lady at the counter was talking on her cell phone when I first came in. I figured it was a quick call, no big deal. I went up to the counter to check out. I asked her a question about a product and she answered all while still on her cell phone. I then asked if she was going to get off her phone while checking me out. She stated she can do both. I just left and told her that it was bad customer service to be on her cell phone while checking out a customer. I know it was a personal call because she said mom several times. Very poor customer service!

Every time you walk into the store or checkout, the girls are always on cell phones. Most the time, I usually wear a mask but after getting my mouth operated in yesterday, that's not an option. I walk in to the store and the girl quickly asks me about my mask looking at me like I'm a zombie. I started to explain why I didn't have one and see if I could grab the 1 item I needed but before I could answer, she quickly said I had to go if I didn't have it. I would have been fine with that...but...why refuse service when the employees only cover their mouth? The mask is pointless if you don't have your nose covered!

I went to this store and it was a couple in line. I asked them if they were checking out. He told me I need to go around. He and his wife started talking mess to me. He even then told me he would shoot me. He said he was in the village and the cashier told me she wasn't going to check me out. She called the police on me. She said I was talking and being rude. I had a mask on. So she didnt know what I was saying. O talked to the police and she lied on me. She also let the othsr couple leave. She was wearing g a been Bay packers necklace. I spend aboit 300.00 that day. She was very rude and biased. I wont be going back.

Bought some burritos there when I got home to eat them they were covered in mold might wanna keep an eye on yalls products so you don't get people sick.
