The manager and a few employees provide fantastic service but majority of other employees treat you like they're annoyed to be there or even assist you. The drink orders are hit or miss on accuracy of your order and taste. Their food is overpriced for the small sandwiches!

Drinks and store were fine - service was abysmal! 4 gals behind the counter, only 1 appeared to actually be working.

Very pleasant experience! Made my coffee perfectly, very friendly partners as well.

Came back to edit this after a few years of being a daily customer. Most of the employees present at the time of my below experience are no longer employed here. There are some amazing people working here now who have changed my opinion of the store and redeemed this location for me. Colyn is an amazing manager and is always kind and professional. Diana and Brandi are two baristas who are always so friendly and kind.

Let me start off by saying I am a regular customer of this Starbucks and I purchase drinks there nearly every single day. Today I was unaware that the store was closing early and when I went onto the app to place a mobile order, it allowed me to do so and it charged me. When I showed up at the store the store had closed 45 minutes prior and therefore there were still workers inside, looked like they were cleaning up. I knocked on the door in hopes that they would come to the door and I could tell them what happened, that I placed a mobile order and had been charged and I simply wanted them to cancel it so I could get my money back. They all stared at me like I was crazy, told me from across the store through the door “we are closed!” and “come back tomorrow!” I tried to show them the screen of my phone to explain what I wanted and still, they wouldn’t understand. Finally a girl came to the door and through the glass said something to the affect of “come back tomorrow” and she wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to say. They continued talking about me and looking at me very ugly. Several other people showed up while I was trying to get their attention and I explain to them what was going on and they agreed that someone should have come to the door at the least and let me get my money back. Extremely disappointed at this extremely rude behavior and lack of customer service. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into a very negative experience for me.

And to think this all could have been avoided if they had just done their jobs to begin with and turned off the mobile ordering when the store closed.

THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! ALWAYS!! :) Even when short handed, their demeanors remain positive, caring, friendly, and welcoming!! I visit once or twice a week, and still a few of the baristas have my drink memorized! More people should have cash readily available, in order to tip these awesome employees!!! After all, they ARE providing every individual with accurate, CUSTOM service via beverages!!!!! *ONLY ISSUE ~ Starbucks should absolutely set up the credit card machines to be able to add a tip ~ being a patron in this day and age, it's unheard of .... especially given it's a service industry.

One of the finest Starbucks I have been to. The staff were friendly and very confident in their abilities. Both our drinks were made with love and care. The lounge area was also very clean. Will come again on a Sunday

I've loved coffee shops. Starbucks has wonderful drinks hot and cold with blended flavors that delight your pallette and wonderful bakery goods. Food is great quality and flavors always!

They are so amazing and taste so good everytime I have had a drink there. They always make me feel welcome even when they are busy. I recommend them for a treat and the pup drinks, and my dog is happy every time. So I say you should go and have a drink and have fun!

Rachel is the absolute best! Starbucks should give her a raise and never let her go!! They just recently opened... and are extremely busy. Upon entering I was told I would be unable to order in person. I'm assuming because of Covid. So, I spent the next 15min. starting an ordering account, adding credit card to the acct., etc... At the end of all that, the app told me I was then unable to order via the app. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. Rachel, the manager heading up the location jumped into action. She immediately rectified the situation and talking to her for the limited time she had was a real pleasure. She turned a very angry customer into a very happy one. More companies and employees need to learn this long forgotten practice of taking care of the customer! Thanks Rachel! God bless!

Busy drive thru, but moved fast. Service was super fast, even with a custom drink ( Tux mocha, nothing too tiktok! ) Very good experience.

I went earlier today and the girl was so helpful! Not only was she patient but she also helped me figure out a non dairy drink suitable for me! I didn’t get her name but she was a white girlfriend with brown hair working the drive thru. Super sweet 🤎

They have been open only 3 days and I have been twice and they are doing a great job. The cashier didn't know they carried what I ordered and the manager patiently showed her they do. Manager also apologized about sticker machine going down. I wish I would have got her name she was super nice.

I personally love the service you receive from the employees and yeah the drive thru maybe take 10 to 20 minutes but you’re not the only ones that are ordering. So I give 5 stars🌟

The morning crew is always fantastic!
