GREAT 23.5 hour pharmacy ...Techs are super considering how low staffed it is. This is my go to pharmacy. Also I see many reviews from folks that complain about the techs 1/2hr lunch, seriously? time your visit and leave your attitude in the car

Today, 26 of June 2022 I visited CVS in Hammond. This CVS was clean and well arranged. It didn’t have many employees but the few that were there greeted you at the door when you entered and helped during the check out process hence my 5.0 rating. I did observe one particular gentleman who was Asian I think. He was also very welcoming and stood out. Great work cvs.

In and out process, no lines, excellent customer service, friendly environment, and very clean and organized!

Not a bad pharmacy. Think just tend to be short staffed over worked and underpaid. Pharmacist was great with getting an expedited prescription for my son due to surgery. I do appreciate this. There have been times it’s been hard for them being the amount of prescriptions but no complaint here cause they try their best. Thank Cvs staff and pharmacists

Have patience adults! We are here with a sick child who doesn't need to hear your whining while we get meds...
Very busy location but they always have the meds as Walgreens never does, the 24 service works well for us, they are busy 34 ppl in line and waiting for vaccines...
This location tries to handle the over sent volume of meds and their human beings, Be nice😊

This CVS location is absolutely terrific! Anytime there is a sale going on, if I need more of an item than is what currently in-stock, I am willingly offered a rain check and the product is ordered for me. If my order is placed before Thursday, it will arrive and be ready for me the next Tuesday. EVERY member of the store staff has been friendly and helpful. I also use their pharmacy services and, while the pharmacy staff is not as warm and friendly as the store staff, they do tend to work on more high-pressure tasks, so I am more sympathetic towards them (I do not envy their jobs). I will end this review stating this CVS store is far more willing to go out of their way to get the customer the product they need, while their national competitor just down the street is unwilling to do.

In a rare time of need, my 1st lactose attack at 130 in the morning, 24 HR CVS came to my rescue. Thank you for remaining a considerate convenient company. I thought I was gonna die, y'all!!

I get all my prescriptions here. However, being the only pharmacy with enough heart to accept medicaid, they are always busy.

For the most part I love cvs I usually only use the pharmacy and in the past 5 yrs I think I only came across 1 cashier in drive threw that was rude and have very little or bad customer service but everyone else awesome and thank you for having 24/7 pharmacy because pharmacy is crazy busy and very long ways durning the day

i love this store. since the Walgreen on Torrance closed this has been our family's go to place. always open. always nice always clean and tidy. if anybody says any different they'r just overly critical.

They are very quick to pick up prescriptions and very polite

This CVS is one of the best but sadly a fire broke out and The building caught fire and is now Closed till its repaired and you may Google CVS hammond fire its going to cost CVS 50,000 in repairs

Antonio in the pharmacy department was wonderful! He was patient and answered all of my questions!
