Today I went in to get the Samsung S23 ultra and was greeted with professionalism the entire time.

Steven was such a great help and I personally appreciate all that he did today despite my mistake that I made. He even went above and beyond to ensure that I got a better plan and still kept my insurance.
I also think that he deserves a raise.

But overall I was treated with friendliness and professionalism across the board.

I needed a new phone and was hesitant to stop there since I haven't had much luck there b4...this time 5stars,great service and knowledge from the 2 gentlemen csr's

Worst experience ever! Was sold a used phone and was not explained this at the time of purchase. I saw used written on the box when I got home. Called them n they said oh, well you aren't due for another new one even though I had just purchased a new one a couple of months ago that quit. I'll never spend another dime with them.

OMG!! Clerk was asleep, head against a wall, didn't know how to do anything except accept money.
Stated he was sick yet had no mask& was very RUDE
