The team member I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Not everything I wanted was in stock due to supply chain issues. But they checked and let me know when they expected to have what I was after. That's how you earn repeat business.

Great people great game and system selection

Great sales staff that went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Instead of letting someone buy a new copy of a game they went sure of they steered them toward a used copy and there by gaining a customer for life in me.

Love this Game Stop ! All of it's staff are great. Whether you're a kid or an adult they treat you with the utmost respect. I won't shop anywhere else for the items my boys need when it comes to their gaming !

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the various gaming systems and the pricing. She answered all of my questions quickly and without having to reference any material.
