I came into the Kernstown store to get a new phone. Chad, the store manager is awesome. He took his time showing me everything on my new device. He is very customer oriented. Chad is truly an asset to your company.

Had a WONDERFUL experience at T-Mobile in Kernstown four days ago with Talon when coming to exchange my old I-Phone for a new one.

Had a few issues with receiving a copy of the agreement via email and a few other concerns, so we came back to the store and met with Chad, who got EVERYTHING worked out for us and we could not have left happier!!! He really knows his stuff and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

I just upgraded today at the Kernstown location. Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was patient, informative, and didn't try to push any particular phone on me. Wonderful staff. They are very patient and work very hard to get you the best deal. They explain everything before making any account changes also. The management is top notch and very professional. I used to use the corporate store but after going here I’ll never go back there again. The staff here really makes a huge difference compared to using the other store. I highly recommend using this T-Mobile location over the others.
