Verizon: $50 per month for unlimited data. AT&T: $55 per month for unlimited data. That alone is worth five stars, but the customer service I received was excellent. I brought over my unlocked Microsoft Surface Duo and got it set up with no difficulty. Verizon also has the best service on the navy base. I've used T-Mobile and AT&T. The bars are nearly empty, resulting in extremely slow speeds. Verizon has full bars, and it's blazing fast with 4G.

Customer service is great this store.
There was a small issue when I first open my account but all of it was taken care of.
I interacted with three different employees. All three of them were great. Very helpful.

Just wow! CHARDAI was very professional and patient. And I loved that she didn't just try to sell me anything. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly and really made me feel at home. I told her that I will have my sister come up here because i love her service. I will definitely be a returning customer of hers.

Marco and Chardai were wonderful. They were very professional and thorough in assisting me setting up my new device and tablet. They were nice, helpful and made me feel secure with my purchase and doing business with them.

The employee named Kaylah (im sorry if I didn't pronounce it correctly) not only offered me a great deal but also helped me to resolve the problem I had with my phone for a while. I couldn't make any phone calls or text neither could I receive any calls or texts. We spent over 3 hours working on the problem and she did a great job. Thank you so much.

If their was more stars i would rate it better than 5 thanks to Maria A she is so friendly an patient and lets me know everything i need to know plus more she is the main reason why i continue to go to the store she’s the best i highly recommend going their! I was one of her customers in hanford but since she moved to the lemoore one i make an extra trip just so i can be taken care of by her. I have come to this location on multiple occasions, and the sales associate Kaylie has always welcomed me with a smile and positive attitude. she is always helpful and resolves my issues.

The small town feel that makes you feel like a valued customer. Got the phone I wanted with them ensuring I was getting the best deal. They helped multiple customers with all there issues quickly and effortlessly. I highly recommend them from buying a new phone or questions about your current phone.

Went into the store today to purchase a new I watch series 6. Anna went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right one for me! She explained everything very thorough and I will definitely be back! I love Verizon.

This morning I came to the lemoore Verizon/Russellcellular store and the store manger Analine was great!!! She was very friendly and helpful great personality. Seems like she really enjoys her job. She answered all my questions she really took her time to explain everything to me, she literally help me set up everything from my phone, Apple Watch and even went out side an set up my Hum for me.. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about the service today.. Great service is very hard to come by.. Mrs. Analine is just great thank you sooo much!!!

Chardai was our wireless specialist and she was extremely helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to resolve our issues and met all of our requests. She even stayed after closing to finish assisting us.

I went into the Lemoore Verizon store looking for Maria. She’s very welcoming and making sure I get what I need. That day I went in looking for internet service, she did show me a tablet and a device that I can carry anywhere with internet. I walked away with a trade in and a new phone because she offered me a great deal that I couldn’t walk away from! I can see why Maria is a store manager!! Maria even helped me put my screen protector and new case on. Anywhere that Maria is located I will go in there personally just for her. She is great and very helpful! This is the first time I've actually walked out of the store knowing exactly what was going on instead of feeling lost during the whole phone buying process!! In the past, I've always felt confused and somewhat unsure of purchasing my phones. Shan-Eque was extremly easy to work with due to her easy going personality, her professionalism and knowledge of her job. I never felt pressured, given an ultimatum, nor felt as if I was just another insignificant customer. She made sure I walked out of the store with all my questions answered, she explained everything to where I could understand, and I walked out confident and would recommend anyone to go to that particular site.

Gina was super helpful. The Lemoore store was out of the lgv40 phone that I wanted ..today being the last day of an awesome promotion she went on to a version site where she could see which store might have one. She found one in Selma which is approximatly but felt bad because of the distance for me to get there. I assured her it was no problem. Which made her feel better but was still appologetic .

She has a great personality and very helpful . I will definitely return to Verizon for upgrades and future items.

I went to the Lemoore location and spoke with the manager there Shan-Eque. She immediately assisted me with all my technical issues, with ease and precision. She knew exactly what to do and removed all the viruses and issues from my phone. I will definitely be going back there to get my upgrade.
