Food Lion

I am currently doing the Dave Ramsey $50 grocery challenge, and Food Lion's prices allows me shop comfortably within my $50 goal. Because of your sales and low prices, I am able to eat with a smile and stay within budget🤑🍉🥦🍓🧅

I had a few items to pick up and found them quickly. The staff is pleasant and efficient. I stop here occasionally and have always found what I was looking for.

The store is clean and well stocked. The manager (Kevin) and his staff know how to take care of their customers. I'm glad this is my neighborhood store!

Always seem to get the best prices and best quality here. Even beats Walmart prices on most things. I love my small neighborhood Food Lion!

Excellent Staff, very friendly and helpful. Very well lit to see everything available. Will be returning more often. I live 2 cities away in Chesapeake and this one here in Suffolk has the best products and freshness. I will continue to shop there for the best needs for my home. I recommend this place to anyone wanting great quality produce and fresh and often sought out products. 5 ⭐

Clean, well stocked store. Good prices. Very courteous cashiers! Didn't have to wait to check out since they opened extra checkouts to accommodate the people who were heading to the checkout at the time. So much nicer to have an actual cashier instead of having to check myself out!

Friendly, helpful staff. Every Food Lion I go to smells like fried chicken as soon as you walk in, gotta love that. A solid selection of all grocery store items, good quality, competitive prices from a solid grocery store. The parking lot is easy in and out as well.

Great customer service and clean facilities

Clean well managed. In line with a whole cart behind a customer checking out and then noticed the manager pointed at a clerk wiping down her station but wasn't open in another lane to open up for me. Pleasant bagged all groceries. Total $148.
but with MVP down to $91. Like I said great to be a valued customer. Thanks Food Lion.

Wonderful time shopping... Food Lion now carries beautiful lamb chops, veal, etc. A friend went along, and was amazed the store was so clean, floors shined brightly! And she was amazed at the beautiful produce, and well stocked shelves! I told her it's always like this in my Food Lion😊

This is a nice food lion. The only thing that could make it better would be a few self checkout lanes

Nice clean store. We were on the way to a friend's house and wanted to grab some adult beverages. This was on the way and we got what we wanted. Store wasn't busy and lots of available cashiers so no waiting to check out.

Nice clean store and larger than most food lions

We had a very nice experience shopping yesterday. First time I've been out with my health condition. But wore protection and rode in a rider, which if not able to get one I could not shop. Thank you for providing these for your customers in need. Thank you for a great time shopping in your Food Lion.

It has been years since I have gone into this store due to moving away. Before it was dark and cold. Today even though it was raining outside the store was bright, open, friendly, inviting and warm. The employees smiled as they worked. There were cahiers waiting to make sure they could check the customers out quickly. Fantastic update to the store and employees.

Beyond eager to assist you, these employees are super friendly and strive to make your grocery shopping experience as pleasant as possible, because let’s face it, not many people love going grocery shopping. I only shop at this Food Lion location because I love the way these employees interact with each other. Their interactions are always enjoyable and they genuinely seem like they treat each other like family. They maintain the upmost professional behavior while still making their work environment a fun place to be. Their happiness exemplifies the strength of their whole team, as it can be easily seen on their faces and more importantly in their positive attitudes and sincere desire to help you.
