We use this pharmacy religiously for our prescriptions, we never have an issue with them. They are always very friendly, and they get our prescription filled fast. Highly recommend

It has taken a bit of an adjustment for them switch over from the CVS but they are trying to be helpful and when you get to know most of the staff it feels like one of the smaller (hometown) pharmacies. I may change to a five star if they tie up loose ends IE: get info correct they relay on the phone.

I dropped off a Rx for Augmenton (antibiotic) at 5:30pm on a Friday evening. When I stopped back in a few hours later, it wasn't ready. I stopped back in the next morning and it still was not ready. I called at 12pm and it still was not ready. When I told the employee that I had dropped it off the evening before, she said " Oh, we will get it out and get it ready. I suffered a bad cat bite and by the time I got the meds, it was very stolen and very red with infection. I am done with Walgreens. That was the last straw!!! 😡

I don't like to leave negative reviews. Unfortunately this situation calls for it. It's been months of closing on weekends, opening late, closing early. Covid concerns have come and gone but their horrible pharmacy service has only continued to go down hill.

I'm standing in the pharmacy as we speak. I called last night to confirm medications were in stock and going to be filled first thing in the morning. I already knew they wouldn't be ready due to the past.. I called again when they opened to make sure my medications were filled and that I was headed hat way. They had not been filled but said they would get them ready. It's been 2 hours since I've arrived (an hour after calling )and still nothing ready. I'm almost an hour late for work because they close so early I can't make it back by 6pm! It's literally a joke. Numerous other customers were talking between eachother about other places they are switching to. The workers are kind. It's obvious above them. They claim a tech called off every time I've been in. They don't have the meds half the time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Over the past year this location has gone rapidly downhill. Seems like since Walgreens took over Rite Aid the pharmacy has declined. I don't know if it is the new company or the turn over in staff. The one girl i believe her name is Roberta that has been there for years seems to be the only person there that is able to take care of anything efficiently. Wait times for filling prescriptions has increased from what used to only take about 20min to 2hrs, then 3hrs now to they are 200+ behind and can't have a prescription that is dropped off at 11:30am done until the next day. As well as giving changing excuses blaming their incompetence on the insurance. One week you can pick up your prescription that you need to take the next morning at 6am the day before and the next week you have to wait until you are out and can't have your medicine until the next day when they open 3hrs after you should have taken your dose????

Pharmacy, my medication is NEVER ready on time and I always end up running out for like a week before they get it ordered. I have to call and nag them each month to get it done. This is after begging them to order ahead of time which they said they will do. After calling and calling, they hang up on you.

Me and my 4 foot 11 wife stop to grab some beers for the golf course buddies. I carry it up because I am a man who doesn't make his wife carry stuff. I don't have my ID. My wife does. We are clearly both in our 40s and they won't sell it. Common sense is out the window.

Pharmacy is horrible opens 10 am and closes at 6pm it only open for 8 hours what happened to two shifts people can't get there meds when they need them and it's pretty much one person at a time with a line I've seen go up towards the register pretty sad I get off work at 5 so there's never anytime to pick my meds up....
