I went to this location for the first time the other day and I can confirm it is by far the best one in mobile county. I highly recommend everyone to go here! They have the best customer service especially Moe, he went above and beyond and was patient. He made sure we found exactly what we wanted! He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the flavours and was very helpful. UpN Smoke is very lucky to have him as an employee ! Anyone that goes to location make sure you ask for Moe to help you find what you need ! I Will definitely come back ! Thanku Moe!

Whenever I shop here Moe always greets me and makes sure I'm satisfied with what I'm buying. He always recommends the best flavors for me. He's helpful and friendly, I'd recommend shopping here.

i was looking for a shop with this very specific thing i went shop to shop and i came to this up n smoke and there was a worker there i think his name was moe but he found the thing i was looking for and very friendly guy and was a lot of help to me definitely would come back and shop

This location is the best one in mobile county. I have used most all locations and the crew here is by far the most helpful. Dustin especially goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and satisfied. His customer service skills are definitely a valuable resource at this location.

Been coming to this shop for the last 2 years! Always such a great vibe whenever I’ve come in. It doesn’t matter if I come in at 10 am or 10 pm I’m always greeted with a smile. I seem to always catch Dustin when he is working and he is absolutely the best! Always helpful with whatever I come in for. Doesn’t mind taking time to show me things behind the counter or in the glass shelves. Or explain stuff to me I’m not knowledgeable on.
I’m glad I only live 5 mins from this location but honestly I’ve been to some other shops before and I would 100% make a longer drive if I ever move!!

I recently visited Up N Smoke and had an excellent experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Spanky, one of the store managers, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They had a great selection of products to choose from, and I was pleased with the quality of the products that I purchased.

Overall, I would highly recommend Up N Smoke to anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience with top-notch customer service!

This store is conveniently right down the road from my house, and I’ve always had great service when Dustin is working the counter. He is knowledgeable about the products and always very pleasant to be around.

I give it 5 stars simply because of their employee Dustin. He is always super friendly and a great help to my wife and I when we come in. We live closer to other Up N Smoke locations but we come to this one because of his service and friendliness

Jay was very helpful, i had questions regarding what products were best for me and he very clearly explained the differences and advantages of each one. if it weren’t for him, i’d never step foot in mobile alabama again

I visited the Hillcrest store today and TK helped me and it was a wonderful experience. She help me pick out my vapes and if you buy four you get one free, I think that’s an excellent deal. Come, check them out.

Great store, great selection, and staff is always great. Dustin is the man to go to, really knows his stuff and super friendly.

Me and my bestie were coming from out of town and walked in and immediately we were greeted with a smile and then we were pointed to the exact thing we needed. We loved seth so much that after we went to our concert later that night we came back the next morning to get more product. This store has a massive selection and GREAT customer service. I highly recommend this place. Someone give Seth a raise, he went above and beyond. Not only was he nice and helpful, he truly knows all the information you could need for this store.
