Target

The prices here are outrageous, as at any Target right now in 2024. However, the staff at this location is exceptional. There are a lot of people at this Target at all times of the day, throughout the week, and yet customer service is consistently exceptional.

A special thanks goes to Leslie, a self check-out Target employee that assisted me greatly when I was having issues during check out. Thank you Leslie! Please continue to employee workers like Leslie that are both helpful and friendly to customers and staff!

Still recovering from a surgery I had left my wallet in another purse. I was distraught. The checker called a manager and working together they made sure I left with my items that day. I am humbled by their kindness and compassion. I left in tears of gratitude.
I will be a regular customer. It is rare to receive such service theses days.

This store that has everything very organized and easy to find. And the employees are very courteous and professional. I prefer this store than the other ones.

The location is very big and clean. They have a rest room and parking is available. They have alot things in stock. Workers seem nice.

I lost my wallet along with my keys. At this target yesterday. All day I was calling and hoping someone finds it and returns it. Thankfully today I check my mailbox and there it was. I want to say a HUGE Thank you!! To that person that made the time to drive to my home and return it. There are still many honest people out there. I wish I knew who you were. But no note was left. This Target is well stocked. Has more items available than many other Target stores around. It's clean and checkout is always quick.

I wanna start off with thanking you guys for not only the awesome deals but the gift cards and free items that come with your sales they never disappoint. Anywho my oldest son is turning 5 in less than 2 months and wanted to start early on his Birthday gifts. I couldn't choose between GameStop and Best Buy for Switch games. But then I somehow forgot to look at your sales and what do you know you have a similar sale that GameStop had a week ago but better!. I ended up picking up Lego Incredibles, Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 and Cars 3 Driven to win. I believe Cars 3 was the free one. These 3 are for my son. As for myself I had to spoil myself with Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity. All in all I spent 82.83 with the help of a Gift card and merchandise card. I would've spent allot more elsewhere, walked out with a free game and a $60 game for less than $45 thank you for your sales as well on diapers the BEST sales Compared to Walmart. Buy 2 get one free was well worth it from the selections available. At that I was lucky enough to find them all in the same store as sometimes that's not possible depending on what your looking for.

Edit 08/06/2021 I was in the store getting diapers and wipes after that purchase I was once again able to snag a $20 gift card. Went to the game isle looking for Mario Cart 8 and I run into this awesome Lamp sitting in a Random spot. Trying to get my Zelda collection going and was happy to see this had to take it home!

Good clean store, well stocked shelves.

I enjoyed that the store had everything I was looking for. Bonus points for having Star Wars collectible I can not find in other stores!

We love this target! Easy parking, nice selection of goods. Something for every member of the family.

I recently visited the Chicago Mid North location to return something. As soon as I arrived I saw the line of like 5-7 people with one person managing it all on her own. It was the week of Christmas so I was already expecting for there to be chaos and didn’t mind waiting. What impressed me was the employee provided an amazing level of customer service to each and every person while answering any questions they had. She alone brought down the line in under 15 minutes with me being the last one. That level of finesse and speed for what could have been a bad experience was handled very professionally. I didn’t catch her name but she helped me on 12/19/2022 @ 2:38 PM and I want for her to know that she’s a gem.

very spacious! also clean and organized! they have a wide selection of items, including a rare-to-find lego set that i’ve been eyeing for a while.

Going shopping during the Christmas season is always a challenge, but when you have a great person named Jamie who went out of his way to find me a shopping cart now that’s makes your day. I cannot express my gratitude to this team member , he’s an amazing outstanding person who cares about people . He seen me struggling with my items and came to my rescue! That’s someone who goes above and beyond his duties and if it wasn’t for him finding a cart for me I would have put my items down and shopped somewhere else. So thank you Jamie for coming to my rescue and let me shop more and made my day and faith in mankind!!

I like target, always with great specials and great products

I've done orders to pick up and so far they've been very prompt on the service, and with accurate items as well. The app is very simple to use where you give instructions to which park stop are you located & you also put which side of the car you want the items. Is that simple! I've bought pans, curtains, cookie flat pans, and recently bathroom rugs (Everyday room Chenille rugs ) which I used for kitchen sink area & same of the kind a runner for the entrance. I bought bathroom rugs (Liz Clairborne)for bathroom and my room which are quite cozy perfect for this weather for feet not to be cold. They are not pricy and fair total amount. Clairborn were 10 each and the Chenille rug runner was 20 or $16 if not mistaking.

Already loved this place a lot, since I saw new TARGET OPTICAL just open in the store next to CVS pharmacy loving it more and more..
