Giant Food

I have been told that Giant is closing its salad bar and I am highly upset. My entire family goes to Giant just to eat from the salad salad. Our family has 50 members and we are all upset by this. What do we need to do to keep it open?

This is $11.99 , it's so perfect to give away! They are always so nice and friendly this location!! Can't speak about the other Giants only because I haven't been there :-) love that when I go in there I can ask someone before I search for 20 minutes where an item is and they take me right to it! The person that check me out through the self-checkout this morning was extremely helpful, I had a muffin and a drink and told her I was headed to the laundromat without me knowing she got me napkins and a book to keep me busy while I was waiting, excellent customer service!

Sara at self check-out was very helpful and informative. She checked my items for sale price then informed me of some additional saving on the item tag. She did all these little extras with a smile and professional demeanor.

Our local favorite grocery store for the seafood and produce selections. Always clean and well stocked. The fried chicken is excellent.

Wonderful. Late night shopper because I work in health care and I have a family. Kicked out of Weis at 8pm...and never going back. Stacy was super nice and a wonderfully professional who looked forward to helping me. Thank you Giant for the extended hours and happy staff. I'm coming back!

We had no idea this Giant existed. My mom's coworker told us about it. By far the cleanest Giant I have ever been to. Cashier was extremely friendly. The meat selection was better here than at others I've been to as well. Definitely worth driving the few extra miles.

Been going here for years, not sure if its the water they drink or the management, but staff is always friendly, always professional, doesn't matter what aisle you are in asking a question or which register. Consistent, excellent customer service always. No issues with the food or products either, always well stocked.

Better service than that w mart with decent selections. Their deli counter is AMAZING with their personable service and friendly demeanor. Don't be fooled by how young the staff appears they are all hard working and courteous. This is in contrast to the Giant Food on Jefferson Davis Hwy.

I like Giant. I think the sign could use a fresh coat of paint but if that's my only suggestion then they're doing ok.

The store was very well stocked and I was able to get everything I needed. The store was clean, produce was above par and the checker was friendly and thanked us for coming in.

This is my local Giant food store.
Top notch place.
Hard working , great people there too.
I usually buy on sale and use my phone number to access my Giant card deals at the register.
They have lottery machines too.
Usually pretty mellow inside...not jacked up like some Walmarts can get so it's a nice place to shop.
I buy here often.
Please never close this place.

Good selection, clean store, and friendly staff. It's my go to grocery store, although I sometimes have to check Wegmans if I'm looking for anything out of the ordinary.
They're occasionally out of one or two items on my list, but otherwise still a great store.

Great store, close to home always clean and respectful to the customers. Wish Coke-a-Cola was on sale more often but like they said that has to be an order from the distributor to happen. Best grocery store in the White Oak area.

I went early in morning (6:30am) to get a few groceries. They had only one line open and no self check-outs open. The lady in line in front of me had a whole cart full of groceries, so they opened a new line for me really quick so I wouldn't have to wait. Very professional and considerate. Thank you!

Always clean and neat, and well stocked. Plus very convenient to multiple neighborhoods. They also have a decent gasoline bonus program for cheaper fill-ups, and are located near to many other useful businesses. Our regular stop for most staple groceries.

This is one of the local grocery stores close to my home. I like the customer service. If I need help finding something, there is always someone at the customer service counter to help. The prices are not the best, but no were near the worst.

Thank you to the great staff at Giant, especially Natasha in the Bakery, who helped me with my purchase of 360 rolls for our Hoagies for Hunter fundraiser. I've been buying our rolls for 8 years at your store and have never been disappointed. Natasha went the extra mile, helping me with check out and loading my car. You are truly great for the community!
